제151문 (계속) 어떤 죄를 다른 죄보다 더 흉악하게 만드는 가중요인이란 무엇인가?
답 : 죄는 아래 열거한 요인들에 의하여 가중된다.
3. 범죄의 본성과 품질: 율법의 명시된 조문인지, 많은 계명들을 함께 범했는지, 또는 그 속에 많은 죄들이 포함되어 있는지에 따라서, 단지 마음속 에서 생각했을 뿐 아니라 실제로 말과 행동에서 나타내었는지, 타인을 중상했는지, 그리고 배상의 여지가 있는지에 따라서 가중된다.
