웨스트민스터 신앙고백서 3장 하나님의 영원한 작정에 대하여 (2015년 8월 14일 금요기도회)
하나님은 영원 전부터, 자기 자신의 뜻으로 세우신 지극히 지혜롭고 거룩한 계획에 의해, 원하시는 대로, 앞으로 일어날 모든 일을 변치 않게 정하셨다. 1) 그러나 그 때문에 하나님께서 죄의 창시자가 되시거나, 2) 피조물의 의지가 강압되거나 하지 않는다. 또한 제2원인들의 자유나 우발성은 제거되지 않고, 오히려 보장된다. 3) God from all eternity, did, by the most wise and holy counsel of His own will, freely, and unchangeably ordain whatsoever comes to pass;[1] yet so, as thereby neither is God the author of sin,[2] nor is violence offered to the will of the creatures; nor is the liberty or contingency of second causes taken away, but rather established.[3] 1) 엡1:11 ; 롬11:33 ; 히6:17 ; 롬9:15 , 18 2) 약1:13 , 17 ; 요일1:5 3) 행2:23 ; 마17:12 ; 행4:27-28 ; 요19:11 ; 잠16:33 물론 하나님은 모든 가능한 조건에서 일어날 수 있는 모든 일을 아신다. 4) 그러나 그분이 어떤 일을 예견하셨기 때문에 그것을 미래로, 또는 어떤 조건에서 일어날 것으로 작정하신 것은 아니다. 5) Although God knows whatsoever may or can come to pass upon all supposed conditions;[4] yet has He not decreed anything because He foresaw it as future, or as that which wou...
