우상숭배자들이 죽임당함

1.  그리고 그분이 내가 듣는 데서 큰 소리로 외치셨다. “손에 살상 무기를 들고 있는 사람들아, 이 성읍에 대한 처벌이 다가오고 있다.”

2.  그런데 북쪽을 향해 있는 윗문 방향에서 여섯 사람이 각각 자기의 손에 자기의 살상 무기를 들고 오고 있었다. 그들 가운데 한 사람은 베옷을 입었고 옆구리에는 필기구를 갖고 있었다. 그들이 들어와서 청동제단 옆에 섰다.

3.  그러자 이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 이제까지 머물러 있던 그룹에서 위로 올라와 성전의 문턱으로 옮겨갔다. 그분은 베옷을 입고 옆구리에 필기구를 갖고 있는 사람을 부르셨다.

4.  여호와께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. “예루살렘 성읍을 돌아다니며 그 가운데서 행해지고 있는 모든 혐오스러운 일들에 대해 한숨짓고 탄식하는 사람들의 이마에 표시를 하여라.”

5.  내가 듣는 데서 그분이 나머지 사람들에게 말씀하셨다. “그를 따라 성읍을 두루 돌아다니며 쳐 죽여라. 너희 눈은 그들을 불쌍히 여기지도 말고 그들에게 인정을 베풀지도 말라.

6.  늙은이, 젊은이, 처녀들과 아이들과 여자들을 학살해 폐허가 되게 하라. 그러나 표시가 있는 사람 어느 누구에게도 가까이 가지 말라. 내 성소에서부터 시작하라.” 그러자 그들이 성전 앞에 있던 장로들부터 시작했다.

7.  그분이 그들에게 또 말씀하셨다. “성전을 더럽히고 그 뜰을 학살당한 사람들로 가득 채우라. 나아가라!” 그러자 그들이 나아가 성읍 안에서 쳐 죽였다.

8.  그들이 쳐 죽이고 있을 때 나는 혼자 남겨져 있었다. 나는 얼굴을 땅에 대고 울부짖으며 말했다. “주 여호와여, 주께서는 예루살렘에 주의 노여움을 퍼부으셔서 이스라엘의 남은 사람을 모두 죽이려고 하십니까?”

9.  그러자 그분이 내게 대답하셨다. “이스라엘과 유다 족속의 죄악이 너무나 크다. 이 땅이 피로 가득 차고 이 성읍은 불법으로 가득 차 있다. 그들은 ‘여호와께서 이 땅을 버리셨다. 여호와께서 보지 않고 계신다’라고 말한다.

10.  그러니 내 눈이 그들을 불쌍히 여기지 않고 내가 인정을 베풀지 않을 것이다. 그러니 그들의 행동을 그들의 머리에 그대로 갚아 줄 것이다.”

11.  베옷을 입고 옆구리에 필기구를 갖고 있는 사람이 보고했다. “주께서 내게 명령하신 모든 것대로 내가 했습니다.”

[NASB]제9장

1.  Then He cried out in my hearing with a loud voice saying, "Draw near, O executioners of the city, each with his destroying weapon in his hand."

2.  And behold, six men came from the direction of the upper gate which faces north, each with his shattering weapon in his hand; and among them was a certain man clothed in linen with a writing case at his loins. And they went in and stood beside the bronze altar.

3.  Then the glory of the God of Israel went up from the cherub on which it had been, to the threshold of the temple. And He called to the man clothed in linen at whose loins was the writing case.

4.  And the LORD said to him, "Go through the midst of the city, [even] through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of the men who sigh and groan over all the abominations which are being committed in its midst."

5.  But to the others He said in my hearing, "Go through the city after him and strike; do not let your eye have pity, and do not spare.

6.  "Utterly slay old men, young men, maidens, little children, and women, but do not touch any man on whom is the mark; and you shall start from My sanctuary." So they started with the elders who [were] before the temple.

7.  And He said to them, "Defile the temple and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!" Thus they went out and struck down [the people] in the city.

8.  Then it came about as they were striking and I [alone] was left, that I fell on my face and cried out saying, "Alas, Lord GOD! Art Thou destroying the whole remnant of Israel by pouring out Thy wrath on Jerusalem?"

9.  Then He said to me, "The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is very, very great, and the land is filled with blood, and the city is full of perversion; for they say, 'The LORD has forsaken the land, and the LORD does not see!'

10.  "But as for Me, My eye will have no pity nor shall I spare, but I shall bring their conduct upon their heads."

11.  Then behold, the man clothed in linen at whose loins was the writing case reported, saying, "I have done just as Thou hast commanded me."

1.  ויקרא באזני קול גדול לאמר קרבו פקדות העיר ואיש כלי משחתו בידו׃

2.  והנה ששה אנשים באים מדרך שער העליון אשר מפנה צפונה ואיש כלי מפצו בידו ואיש אחד בתוכם לבש בדים וקסת הספר במתניו ויבאו ויעמדו אצל מזבח הנחשת׃

3.  וכבוד אלהי ישראל נעלה מעל הכרוב אשר היה עליו אל מפתן הבית ויקרא אל האיש הלבש הבדים אשר קסת הספר במתניו׃

4.  ויאמר יהוה אלו עבר בתוך העיר בתוך ירושלם והתוית תו על מצחות האנשים הנאנחים והנאנקים על כל התועבות הנעשות בתוכה׃

5.  ולאלה אמר באזני עברו בעיר אחריו והכו על תחס עיניכם ואל תחמלו׃

6.  זקן בחור ובתולה וטף ונשים תהרגו למשחית ועל כל איש אשר עליו התו אל תגשו וממקדשי תחלו ויחלו באנשים הזקנים אשר לפני הבית׃

7.  ויאמר אליהם טמאו את הבית ומלאו את החצרות חללים צאו ויצאו והכו בעיר׃

8.  ויהי כהכותם ונאשאר אני ואפלה על פני ואזעק ואמר אהה אדני יהוה המשחית אתה את כל שארית ישראל בשפכך את חמתך על ירושלם׃

9.  ויאמר אלי עון בית ישראל ויהודה גדול במאד מאד ותמלא הארץ דמים והעיר מלאה מטה כי אמרו עזב יהוה את הארץ ואין יהוה ראה׃

10.  וגם אני לא תחוס עיני ולא אחמל דרכם בראשם נתתי׃

11.  והנה האיש לבש הבדים אשר הקסת במתניו משיב דבר לאמר עשיתי כאשר צויתני׃

여호와의 영광이 성전을 떠남

1.  그룹들 머리 위 천장에 사파이어 보석으로 된 보좌같이 생긴 것을 내가 보았다.

2.  그분께서 베옷을 입은 그 사람에게 말씀하셨다. “그룹 아래 있는 바퀴들 사이로 들어가거라. 너는 그룹 사이에서 나오는 불타는 숯불을 손에 가득 담아다가 성읍에 흩어 뿌려라.” 그러자 내가 보는 앞에서 그가 들어갔다.

3.  그 사람이 들어갈 때 그룹들은 성전 남쪽에 서 있었고 구름이 안뜰을 가득 채웠다.

4.  여호와의 영광이 그룹 위에서부터 일어나 성전 문턱 위에 머무르니 성전이 구름으로 가득 차고 뜰은 여호와의 영광의 광채로 가득했다.

5.  그룹들의 날개 소리가 뜰 바깥에까지 들리는데 그것은 전능하신 하나님께서 말씀하실 때 그분의 음성 같았다.

6.  그분께서 베옷을 입은 사람에게 “그룹들의 바퀴들 사이에서 불을 집어 들어라”라고 명령하시자 그 사람이 들어가서 바퀴 곁에 섰다.

7.  그러자 그룹들 가운데 하나가 그룹들 사이에 있던 불에 손을 뻗어 약간의 불을 집어 들어서 베옷 입은 사람의 손바닥에 주었다. 그러자 그는 그것을 받아 들고 밖으로 나갔다.

8.  그룹들에게는 그들의 날개들 아래 사람의 손처럼 생긴 것이 보였다.

9.  내가 보니 그룹들 곁에 네 바퀴가 있는데 그룹 하나에 바퀴가 하나씩 있었다. 그 바퀴들의 모양은 황옥이 빛나는 것과 같았다.

10.  그들의 생김새로 말하자면 네 개가 모두 한 모양이었으며 바퀴 안에 바퀴가 있는 듯했다.

11.  그들이 움직일 때 네 방향 가운데 한 방향으로 움직이는데 어느 방향으로 출발하든지 바퀴가 돌 필요가 없었다. 머리가 향한 방향대로 그들이 따라갔다. 그래서 바퀴가 돌지 않았다.

12.  그들의 등과 손과 날개를 비롯한 몸통 전체와 네 그룹들의 바퀴들에는 온통 눈들이 가득 달려 있었다.

13.  내가 들으니 바퀴들은 ‘도는 것’으로 불렸다.

14.  각 그룹에게는 얼굴이 네 개씩 있었다. 첫째 얼굴은 그룹의 얼굴이었고 둘째 얼굴은 사람의 얼굴, 셋째 얼굴은 사자의 얼굴, 넷째 얼굴은 독수리의 얼굴이었다.

15.  그리고 그룹들은 올라갔다. 이들은 내가 그발 강가에서 본 생물들이었다.

16.  그룹들이 움직일 때 그들의 옆에 있는 바퀴들도 움직였다. 그리고 그룹들이 그들의 날개를 들어 땅에서 떠오를 때 바퀴들도 그들 곁에서 떠나지 않았다.

17.  그룹들이 멈춰 서 있을 때는 바퀴들도 멈춰 서 있었고 그룹들이 올라갈 때 바퀴들도 올라갔다. 생물들의 영이 바퀴들 안에 있었기 때문이다.

18.  그때 여호와의 영이 성전 문턱에서 나와 그룹들 위에 멈춰 섰다.

19.  내가 보는 앞에서 그룹들은 그들의 날개를 들어서 땅에서 떠올랐다. 그들이 나아갈 때 바퀴들은 그들의 옆에 있었다. 그들은 여호와의 성전 동문 입구에 멈춰 섰고 이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 그들 위에 있었다.

20.  이들은 그발 강가에서 내가 보았던 이스라엘의 하나님을 대신하는 생물들이었다. 나는 그들이 그룹들인 것을 알고 있었다.

21.  각자가 네 개의 얼굴과 네 개의 날개를 갖고 있었고 그들의 날개 아래에는 사람의 손같이 생긴 것이 있었다.

22.  그들의 얼굴 모양은 내가 그발 강가에서 보았던 얼굴들이다. 각 그룹은 앞으로만 곧장 갔다.

[NASB]제10장

1.  Then I looked, and behold, in the expanse that was over the heads of the cherubim something like a sapphire stone, in appearance resembling a throne, appeared above them.

2.  And He spoke to the man clothed in linen and said, "Enter between the whirling wheels under the cherubim, and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter [them] over the city." And he entered in my sight.

3.  Now the cherubim were standing on the right side of the temple when the man entered, and the cloud filled the inner court.

4.  Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub to the threshold of the temple, and the temple was filled with the cloud, and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the LORD.

5.  Moreover, the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when He speaks.

6.  And it came about when He commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, "Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim," he entered and stood beside a wheel.

7.  Then the cherub stretched out his hand from between the cherubim to the fire which [was] between the cherubim, took some and put it into the hands of the one clothed in linen, who took [it] and went out.

8.  And the cherubim appeared to have the form of a man's hand under their wings.

9.  Then I looked, and behold, four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside each cherub; and the appearance of the wheels [was] like the gleam of a Tarshish stone.

10.  And as for their appearance, all four of them had the same likeness, as if one wheel were within another wheel.

11.  When they moved, they went in [any of] their four directions without turning as they went; but they followed in the direction which they faced, without turning as they went.

12.  And their whole body, their backs, their hands, their wings, and the wheels were full of eyes all around, the wheels belonging to all four of them.

13.  The wheels were called in my hearing, the whirling wheels.

14.  And each one had four faces. The first face [was] the face of a cherub, the second face [was] the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.

15.  Then the cherubim rose up. They are the living beings that I saw by the river Chebar.

16.  Now when the cherubim moved, the wheels would go beside them; also when the cherubim lifted up their wings to rise from the ground, the wheels would not turn from beside them.

17.  When the cherubim stood still, the wheels would stand still; and when they rose up, the wheels would rise with them; for the spirit of the living beings [was] in them.

18.  Then the glory of the LORD departed from the threshold of the temple and stood over the cherubim.

19.  When the cherubim departed, they lifted their wings and rose up from the earth in my sight with the wheels beside them; and they stood still at the entrance of the east gate of the Lord's house. And the glory of the God of Israel hovered over them.

20.  These are the living beings that I saw beneath the God of Israel by the river Chebar; so I knew that they [were] cherubim.

21.  Each one had four faces and each one four wings, and beneath their wings [was] the form of human hands.

22.  As for the likeness of their faces, they were the same faces whose appearance I had seen by the river Chebar. Each one went straight ahead.

[히브리어]제10장

1.  ואראה והנה אל הרקיע אשר על ראש הכרבים כאבן ספיר כמראה דמות כסא נראה עליהם׃

2.  ויאמר אל האיש לבש הבדים ויאמר בא אל בינות לגלגל אל תחת לכרוב ומלא חפניך גחלי אש מבינות לכרבים וזרק על העיר ויבא לעיני׃

3.  והכרבים עמדים מימין לבית בבאו האיש והענן מלא את החצר הפנימית׃

4.  וירם כבוד יהוה מעל הכרוב על מפתן הבית וימלא הבית את הענן והחצר מלאה את נגה כבוד יהוה׃

5.  וקול כנפי הכרובים נשמע עד החצר החיצנה כקול אל שדי בדברו׃

6.  ויהי בצותו את האיש לבש הבדים לאמר קח אש מבינות לגלגל מבינות לכרובים ויבא ויעמד אצל האופן׃

7.  וישלח הכרוב את ידו מבינות לכרובים אל האש אשר בינות הכרבים וישא ויתן אל חפני לבש הבדים ויקח ויצא׃

8.  וירא לכרבים תבנית יד אדם תחת כנפיהם׃

9.  ואראה והנה ארבעה אופנים אצל הכרובים אופן אחד אצל הכרוב אחד ואופן אחד אצל הכרוב אחד ומראה האופנים כעין אבן תרשיש׃

10.  ומראיהם דמות אחד לארבעתם כאשר יהיה האופן בתוך האופן׃

11.  בלכתם אל ארבעת רבעיהם ילכו לא יסבו בלכתם כי המקום אשר יפנה הראש אחריו ילכו לא יסבו בלכתם׃

12.  וכל בשרם וגבהם וידיהם וכנפיהם והאופנים מלאים עינים סביב לארבעתם אופניהם׃

13.  לאופנים להם קורא הגלגל באזני׃

14.  וארבעה פנים לאחד פני האחד פני הכרוב ופני השני פני אדם והשלישי פני אריה והרביעי פני נשר׃

15.  וירמו הכרובים היא החיה אשר ראיתי בנהר כבר׃

16.  ובלכת הכרובים ילכו האופנים אצלם ובשאת הכרובים את כנפיהם לרום מעל הארץ לא יסבו האופנים גם הם מאצלם׃

17.  בעמדם יעמדו וברומם ירומו אותם כי רוח החיה בהם׃

18.  ויצא כבוד יהוה מעל מפתן הבית ויעמד על הכרובים׃

19.  וישאו הכרובים את כנפיהם וירומו מן הארץ לעיני בצאתם והאופנים לעמתם ויעמד פתח שער בית יהוה הקדמוני וכבוד אלהי ישראל עליהם מלמעלה׃

20.  היא החיה אשר ראיתי תחת אלהי ישראל בנהר כבר ואדע כי כרובים המה׃

21.  ארבעה ארבעה פנים לאחד וארבע כנפים לאחד ודמות ידי אדם תחת כנפיהם׃

22.  ודמות פניהם המה הפנים אשר ראיתי על נהר כבר מראיהם ואותם איש אל עבר פניו ילכו׃
