1. 참 사람 되신 말씀 하늘의 지혜요

변하지 않는 진리 온 세상 빛이라

주 말씀 성경에서 찬란히 빛나고

내 길에 등불 되니 늘 찬송하리라

2. 주께서 세운 교회 이 말씀 받아서

그 귀한 빛을 비춰 온 세상 밝힌다

귀중한 성경 말씀 금보다 귀하고

주님의 귀한 모습 잘 드러내도다

3. 이 말씀 깃발처럼 드높이 날리니

어두운 바다 위에 등대와 같도다

이 고해 같은 세상 나 평생 지낼 때

그 말씀 나의 길에 등불이 되도다

4. 주님의 몸 된 교회 빛나는 등 되어

이 세상 만민 앞에 비추게 하소서

저 방황하는 길손이 등불 따라서

주 얼굴 볼 때까지 잘 가게 하소서

40:1 우리가 바빌로니아 땅에 포로로 사로잡혀온 지 25년째 되는 해, 곧 예루살렘 성읍이 파괴된 지 14년째 되는 해의 1월 10일, 바로 그날에 주의 권능의 손길이 내게 임하더니, 그분께서 나를 이스라엘 땅으로 데려가셨다.

40:2 환상 가운데 하나님께서 나를 데리고 이스라엘 땅으로 가시더니, 나를 그 땅의 아주 높은 산 위에 내려놓으셨다. 내가 보니, 그 산의 남쪽에는 성읍처럼 생긴 건물이 있었다.

40:3 그분께서 나를 그곳으로 데리고 가셨는데, 거기서 나는 청동처럼 빛나는 모습을 지닌 한 사람을 보았다. 그 사람은 자신의 손에 삼으로 꼰 줄과 측량하는 장대를 들고 그 건물의 문 앞에 서 있었다.

40:4 그 사람이 내게 말했다. “너 사람아, 너는 내가 너에게 보여주는 모든 것을 눈으로 보고, 귀로 듣고, 마음으로 생각하라. 네가 이것을 보려고 여기에 왔다. 그러므로 이제부터 너는 네가 본 모든 것을 이스라엘 백성들에게 빠짐없이 다 선포하여라.”

40:5 ○ 그때 내가 보니, 성전 구역은 바깥 사면으로 담이 빙 둘러쳐져 있었다. 그리고 그 사람은 손에 측량하는 장대를 잡고 있었는데, 그 장대의 길이는 6규빗이었다. 1규빗은 사람의 팔꿈치에서 가운뎃손가락 끝에 이르고, 거기에 한 손바닥 너비가 더해진 길이였다. 그 사람이 자신의 장대로 성전의 담을 쟀는데, 그 두께가 한 장대요, 그 높이도 한 장대였다.

40:6 그런 다음, 그 사람은 동문 곧 동쪽으로 향하고 있는 문으로 갔다. 그가 여러 개의 계단을 올라가서 바깥쪽의 문지방 길이를 재니 한 장대요, 앞으로 계속 나가서 안쪽의 문지방 길이를 재니 역시 한 장대였다.

40:7 문간 통로에는 성전 문지기들의 방들이 있었는데, 각각의 방은 길이가 한 장대요, 너비가 한 장대였다. 각 방들 사이의 벽은 두께가 5규빗이고, 안쪽 문지방의 길이는 한 장대였다. 그리고 안쪽 문지방의 앞에는 현관이 있었고, 그 현관 앞에는 안쪽 문이 있었다.

40:8 그가 안쪽 문 앞에 있는 현관을 재니,

40:9 그 길이가 8규빗이었고, 그 문기둥들의 두께는 2규빗이었다. 그리고 그 문의 현관은 안쪽으로 향했는데, 곧 성전 쪽으로 나 있었다.

40:10 동쪽 문간의 통로에는 문지기들의 방들이 좌우 양쪽으로 각각 세 개씩 있었는데, 세 방 모두 그 크기가 똑같았고, 양쪽 벽기둥들의 크기도 모두 똑같았다.

40:11 그가 동쪽 문간의 입구 곧 통로를 쟀는데, 그 너비가 10규빗이고, 그 길이가 13규빗이었다.

40:12 그리고 문지기들의 방들 앞에는 각각 칸막이가 있었는데, 그 높이와 두께는 이쪽과 저쪽 모두 1규빗씩이었고, 그 방들은 저마다 그 길이와 너비가 6규빗씩이었다.

40:13 그가 또 이쪽 문지기 방의 지붕 끝에서 저쪽 문지기 방의 지붕 끝까지 재니, 그 너비가 25규빗이었다. 그리고 문지기 방들의 문들은 서로 마주보고 있었다.

40:14 그가 또 현관을 재니, 그 너비가 20규빗이었다. 현관은 성전 안뜰로 통했다.

40:15 그리고 바깥 문지방에서부터 안쪽 문지방의 현관 앞까지, 문간의 통로 길이는 50규빗이었다.

40:16 또 현관의 사면과 모든 문지기 방들의 바깥쪽 벽에는 모두 붙박이창이 달려 있었고, 그 바깥쪽 벽과 그 방들 사이에 있는 안쪽 벽에도 조그마한 창들이 달려 있어서, 그 창으로 들어오는 빛이 문간 통로를 밝게 하였다. 그리고 현관 양쪽의 벽기둥에는 종려나무가 새겨져 있었다.

40:17 ○ 그런 다음, 그 사람은 나를 데리고 성전의 바깥뜰로 들어갔다. 바깥뜰은 사방을 빙 둘러 그 바닥이 얇은 돌로 포장되어 있었고, 그 포장된 바닥 위에는 여러 개의 방들이 있었는데, 성전의 사방 담벼락을 따라 모두 30개의 방들이 있었다.

40:18 얇은 돌로 포장된 부분은 각 문간의 좌우편인데, 그 포장된 길의 길이는 문간의 길이와 같았다. 이것이 아래쪽 길이었다.

40:19 그가 또 아래쪽 문간 앞에서부터 성전 안뜰의 바깥 문간 앞까지 재니, 그 너비가 100규빗이었다. 이 너비는 동쪽과 북쪽도 똑같았다.

40:20 ○ 또 그 사람이 바깥뜰로 들어가는 북쪽 문을 재니,

40:21 앞서 잰 동쪽 문과 똑같이 그 길이가 50규빗이요, 그 너비가 25규빗이었다. 문간 통로의 양쪽에 있는 문지기 방들도 이편과 저편이 각각 세 개씩이었고, 그 벽과 그 현관도 앞서 잰 동쪽 문간과 모든 것이 똑같았다.

40:22 그 창문들과 현관의 길이와 너비, 그리고 종려나무 장식도 앞서 잰 동쪽 문간과 똑같았다. 그 문간으로 올라가는 일곱 계단이 있었고, 일곱 계단을 올라가서 문간 안으로 들어가면, 문간 안쪽에는 현관이 있었다.

40:23 또 안뜰에도 동쪽 문과 마찬가지로 북쪽 문과 마주보고 있는 문이 하나 있었는데, 그가 이쪽 북문에서 저쪽 맞은편의 안뜰 문간까지 재니, 그 길이가 100규빗이었다.

에티오피아 - 목숨 걸고 전도하는 무슬림 출신 교회 지도자들 을 위해

1.  In the twenty-fifth year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was taken, on that same day the hand of the LORD was upon me and He brought me there.

2.  In the visions of God He brought me into the land of Israel, and set me on a very high mountain; and on it to the south [there was] a structure like a city.

3.  So He brought me there; and behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze, with a line of flax and a measuring rod in his hand; and he was standing in the gateway.

4.  And the man said to me, "Son of man, see with your eyes, hear with your ears, and give attention to all that I am going to show you; for you have been brought here in order to show [it] to you. Declare to the house of Israel all that you see."

5.  And behold, there was a wall on the outside of the temple all around, and in the man's hand was a measuring rod of six cubits, [each of which was] a cubit and a handbreadth. So he measured the thickness of the wall, one rod; and the height, one rod.

6.  Then he went to the gate which faced east, went up its steps, and measured the threshold of the gate, one rod in width; and the other threshold [was] one rod in width.

7.  And the guardroom [was] one rod long and one rod wide; and [there were] five cubits between the guardrooms. And the threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate facing inward [was] one rod.

8.  Then he measured the porch of the gate facing inward, one rod.

9.  And he measured the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and its side pillars, two cubits. And the porch of the gate was faced inward.

10.  And the guardrooms of the gate toward the east [numbered] three on each side; the three of them had the same measurement. The side pillars also had the same measurement on each side.

11.  And he measured the width of the gateway, ten cubits, and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits.

12.  And [there was] a barrier [wall] one cubit [wide] in front of the guardrooms on each side; and the guardrooms [were] six cubits [square] on each side.

13.  And he measured the gate from the roof of the one guardroom to the roof of the other, a width of twenty-five cubits from [one] door to [the] door opposite.

14.  And he made the side pillars sixty cubits [high;] the gate [extended] round about to the side pillar of the courtyard.

15.  And [from] the front of the entrance gate to the front of the inner porch of the gate [was] fifty cubits.

16.  And [there were] shuttered windows [looking] toward the guardrooms, and toward their side pillars within the gate all around, and likewise for the porches. And [there were] windows all around inside; and on [each] side pillar [were] palm tree ornaments.

17.  Then he brought me into the outer court, and behold, [there were] chambers and a pavement, made for the court all around; thirty chambers faced the pavement.

18.  And the pavement ([that is,] the lower pavement) [was] by the side of the gates, corresponding to the length of the gates.

19.  Then he measured the width from the front of the lower gate to the front of the exterior of the inner court, a hundred cubits on the east and on the north.

20.  And [as for] the gate of the outer court which faced the north, he measured its length and its width.

21.  And it had three guardrooms on each side; and its side pillars and its porches had the same measurement as the first gate. Its length [was] fifty cubits, and the width twenty-five cubits.

22.  And its windows, and its porches, and its palm tree ornaments [had] the same measurements as the gate which faced toward the east; and it was reached by seven steps, and its porch [was] in front of them.

23.  And the inner court had a gate opposite the gate on the north as well as [the gate] on the east; and he measured a hundred cubits from gate to gate.
