바로를 위한 슬픔의 노래
1. 12년째 되는 해 열두째 달 1일에 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임해 말씀하셨다.
2. “사람아, 이집트 왕 바로를 위해 슬픔의 노래를 지어서 그에게 말해 주어라. ‘너는 민족들 가운데 젊은 사자 같고 너는 바다에 있는 괴물 같다. 너는 네 강물에서 튀어나와 네 발로 물을 휘저으며 그들의 강들을 짓밟는다.
3. 나 주 여호와가 이렇게 말한다. 그러므로 내가 많은 백성의 무리와 함께 내 그물을 네 위에 펼칠 것이니 그들이 내 그물로 너를 끌어올릴 것이다.
4. 내가 너를 땅에 버릴 것이고 들판 위에 내던져지게 할 것이다. 공중의 새들로 하여금 모두 네 위에 둥지를 틀게 할 것이고 온 땅의 짐승들이 너로 인해 배를 채우게 할 것이다.
5. 내가 네 육체를 여러 산 위에 흩고 네 시체로 골짜기들을 채울 것이다.
6. 또 내가 네 흐르는 피를 땅이 마시게 하고 여러 산에까지 흐르게 할 것이니 강바닥이 네 피로 가득할 것이다.
7. 내가 네 빛을 끌 때 하늘을 덮어 별들을 어둡게 할 것이다. 내가 구름으로 해를 가릴 것이니 달은 그의 빛을 내지 못할 것이다.
8. 하늘의 모든 밝은 빛을 내가 네 위에서 어둡게 하고 네 땅에 어둠을 보낼 것이다. 주 여호와의 말이다.
9. 내가 네 멸망의 소식을 민족들 사이에, 네가 알지 못하는 여러 나라에 들리게 할 때 내가 많은 백성들의 마음을 불안하게 할 것이다.
10. 내가 그들 앞에서 내 칼을 휘두를 때 내가 많은 백성들로 하여금 너로 인해 놀라게 하고 그들의 왕들은 너로 인해 두려움에 휩싸일 것이다. 네가 무너지는 날에 그들은 각자 자기의 목숨을 위해 매순간 두려움으로 떨 것이다.
11. 나 주 여호와가 이렇게 말한다. 바벨론 왕의 칼이 네게 올 것이다.
12. 민족 가운데 가장 포악한 용사들의 칼에 의해서 내가 네 무리를 쓰러지게 할 것이다. 그들은 이집트의 교만을 산산이 부수고 그의 모든 무리들을 전멸시킬 것이다.
13. 내가 큰 물가로부터 모든 짐승을 사라지게 할 것이니 사람의 발이나 짐승의 발굽이 다시는 그 물을 휘젓지 못할 것이다.
14. 그때 내가 그 강물을 맑게 해 그 물줄기가 기름처럼 흐르게 할 것이다. 주 여호와의 말이다.
15. 내가 이집트 땅을 황무지로 만들고 그 땅에 있는 모든 것을 앗아갈 때, 또 내가 그 안에 사는 모든 사람을 쓰러뜨릴 때 내가 여호와임을 그들은 알게 될 것이다.’
16. 이것이 슬픔의 노래다. 그들은 이것을 노래 부를 것이다. 여러 민족의 딸들은 이것을 노래 부를 것이다. 이집트와 그의 모든 무리들을 위해 그들은 이것을 노래 부를 것이다. 주 여호와의 말이다.”
17. 12년째 되는 해 어느 달 15일에 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임해 말씀하셨다.
18. “사람아, 이집트의 무리들을 위해 슬프게 울고 이집트와 강대한 민족들의 딸들을 웅덩이로 내려갈 사람들과 함께 땅 아래로 내려가게 하여라.
19. 그들에게 말하여라. ‘너는 누구보다 더 아름답다는 거냐? 아래로 내려가 할례받지 못한 사람들과 함께 드러누우라.’
20. 그들은 칼에 학살당한 사람들 가운데 쓰러질 것이다. 그들이 칼에 주어졌으니 그들은 그와 그의 모든 무리를 잡아끌 것이다.
21. 용사 가운데서도 힘센 사람이 그를 돕는 사람들과 함께 음부 가운데로부터 그에게 말할 것이다. ‘그들은 내려와 칼에 찔려 학살당한 할례받지 않는 사람들과 함께 누워 있다.’
22. 앗시리아가 그 나라의 모든 군대와 함께 그곳에 묻혀 있다. 그들 모두는 칼로 학살당해 쓰러져 있으니 그 사방에 무덤이 있다.
23. 그들의 무덤은 구덩이 깊은 곳에 있고 그의 군대는 그의 무덤 사방에 널려 있다. 살아 있는 사람의 땅에서 끔찍한 일을 자행했던 그들 모두는 칼에 학살당해 쓰러져 있다.
24. 엘람은 그곳에 묻혀 있고 그의 모든 무리가 그의 무덤 사방에 있다. 할례받지 않고 땅 아래로 내려가고 또 살아 있는 사람의 땅에서 끔찍한 일을 자행했던 그들 모두는 칼에 학살당해 쓰러져 있다. 그리하여 웅덩이로 내려가는 사람들과 함께 그들은 수치를 당하고 있다.
25. 학살당한 사람들 가운데 엘람을 위한 침대가 준비돼 있고 그 무덤 사방에 엘람 군대의 여러 무덤이 있다. 그들은 모두 할례받지 않은 사람으로서 칼에 학살당한 사람들이다. 그들은 살아 있는 사람의 땅에서 끔찍한 일을 저질렀으므로 웅덩이에 내려가는 사람들과 함께 수치를 당하고 학살당한 사람들 가운데 있다.
26. 메섹과 두발은 그곳에 그의 모든 무리와 함께 묻혀 있고 그 사방에 여러 무덤이 있다. 그들은 모두 할례받지 않은 사람들로서 살아 있는 사람의 땅에서 끔찍한 일을 자행했기 때문에 칼에 학살당했다.
27. 전쟁 무기를 갖고 무덤에 내려가서 칼을 베개 삼고 죄악이 뼈에 새겨진 할례받지 않은 죽은 용사들과 함께 그들은 드러눕지 않겠느냐? 용사들이 살아 있는 사람의 땅에서 자행한 끔찍한 일 때문이다.
28. 너는 할례받지 않은 사람들 가운데서 깨뜨려져서 칼로 학살당한 사람들과 함께 드러눕게 될 것이다.
29. 에돔, 곧 그의 왕들과 그의 모든 지도자들은 그곳에 묻혀 있다. 그들의 권세에도 불구하고 칼에 학살당한 사람들 곁에 그들은 드러눕게 됐다. 그들은 할례받지 않은 사람들, 웅덩이에 내려가는 사람들과 함께 드러누울 것이다.

[NASB]제32장
1. And it came about in the twelfth year, in the twelfth [month,] on the first of the month, that the word of the LORD came to me saying,
2. "Son of man, take up a lamentation over Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say to him, 'You compared yourself to a young lion of the nations, Yet you are like the monster in the seas; And you burst forth in your rivers, And muddied the waters with your feet, And fouled their rivers.'"
3. Thus says the Lord GOD, "Now I will spread My net over you With a company of many peoples, And they shall lift you up in My net.
4. "And I will leave you on the land; I will cast you on the open field. And I will cause all the birds of the heavens to dwell on you, And I will satisfy the beasts of the whole earth with you.
5. "And I will lay your flesh on the mountains, And fill the valleys with your refuse.
6. "I will also make the land drink the discharge of your blood, As far as the mountains, And the ravines shall be full of you.
7. "And when [I] extinguish you, I will cover the heavens, and darken their stars; I will cover the sun with a cloud, And the moon shall not give its light.
8. "All the shining lights in the heavens I will darken over you And will set darkness on your land," Declares the Lord GOD.
9. "I will also trouble the hearts of many peoples, when I bring your destruction among the nations, into lands which you have not known.
10. "And I will make many peoples appalled at you, and their kings shall be horribly afraid of you when I brandish My sword before them; and they shall tremble every moment, every man for his own life, on the day of your fall."
11. For thus says the Lord GOD, "The sword of the king of Babylon shall come upon you.
12. "By the swords of the mighty ones I will cause your multitude to fall; all of them are tyrants of the nations, And they shall devastate the pride of Egypt, And all its multitude shall be destroyed.
13. "I will also destroy all its cattle from beside many waters; And the foot of man shall not muddy them anymore, And the hoofs of beasts shall not muddy them.
14. "Then I will make their waters settle, And will cause their rivers to run like oil," Declares the Lord GOD.
15. "When I make the land of Egypt a desolation, And the land is destitute of that which filled it, When I smite all those who live in it, Then they shall know that I am the LORD.
16. "This is a lamentation and they shall chant it. The daughters of the nations shall chant it. Over Egypt and over all her multitude they shall chant it," declares the Lord GOD.
17. And it came about in the twelfth year, on the fifteenth of the month, that the word of the LORD came to me saying,
18. "Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and bring it down, her and the daughters of the powerful nations, to the nether world, with those who go down to the pit;
19. 'Whom do you surpass in beauty? Go down and make your bed with the uncircumcised.'
20. "They shall fall in the midst of those who are slain by the sword. She is given over to the sword; they have drawn her and all her multitudes away.
21. "The strong among the mighty ones shall speak of him [and] his helpers from the midst of Sheol, 'They have gone down, they lie still, the uncircumcised, slain by the sword.'
22. "Assyria is there and all her company; her graves are round about her. All of them are slain, fallen by the sword,
23. whose graves are set in the remotest parts of the pit, and her company is round about her grave. All of them are slain, fallen by the sword, who spread terror in the land of the living.
24. "Elam is there and all her multitude around her grave; all of them slain, fallen by the sword, who went down uncircumcised to the lower parts of the earth, who instilled their terror in the land of the living, and bore their disgrace with those who went down to the pit.
25. "They have made a bed for her among the slain with all her multitude. Her graves are around it, they are all uncircumcised, slain by the sword (although their terror was instilled in the land of the living), and they bore their disgrace with those who go down to the pit; they were put in the midst of the slain.
26. "Meshech, Tubal and all their multitude are there; their graves surround them. All of them were slain by the sword uncircumcised, though they instilled their terror in the land of the living.
27. "Nor do they lie beside the fallen heroes of the uncircumcised, who went down to Sheol with their weapons of war, and whose swords were laid under their heads; but the punishment for their iniquity rested on their bones, though the terror of [these] heroes [was] once in the land of the living.
28. "But in the midst of the uncircumcised you will be broken and lie with those slain by the sword.
29. "There also is Edom, its kings, and all its princes, who for [all] their might are laid with those slain by the sword; they will lie with the uncircumcised, and with those who go down to the pit.
30. "There also are the chiefs of the north, all of them, and all the Sidonians, who in spite of the terror resulting from their might, in shame went down with the slain. So they lay down uncircumcised with those slain by the sword, and bore their disgrace with those who go down to the pit.
31. "These Pharaoh will see, and he will be comforted for all his multitude slain by the sword, [even] Pharaoh and all his army," declares the Lord GOD.
32. "Though I instilled a terror of him in the land of the living, yet he will be made to lie down among [the] uncircumcised [along] with those slain by the sword, [even] Pharaoh and all his multitude," declares the Lord GOD.

1. ויהי בשתי עשרה שנה בשני עשר חדש באחד לחדש היה דבר יהוה אלי לאמר׃
2. בן אדם שא קינה על פרעה מלך מצרים ואמרת אליו כפיר גוים נדמית ואתה כתנים בימים ותגח בנהרותיך ותדלח מים ברגליך ותרפס נהרותם׃
3. כה אמר אדני יהוה ופרשתי עליך את רשתי בקהל עמים רבים והעלוך בחרמי׃
4. ונטשתיך בארץ על פני השדה אטילך והשכנתי עליך כל עוף השמים והשבעתי ממך חית כל הארץ׃
5. ונתתי את בשרך על ההרים ומלאתי הגאיות רמותך׃
6. והשקיתי ארץ צפתך מדמך אל ההרים ואפקים ימלאון ממך׃
7. וכסיתי בכבותך שמים והקדרתי את ככביהם שמש בענן אכסנו וירח לא יאיר אורו׃
8. כל מאורי אור בשמים אקדירם עליך ונתתי חשך על ארצך נאם אדני יהוה׃
9. והכעסתי לב עמים רבים בהביאי שברך בגוים על ארצות אשר לא ידעתם׃
10. והשמותי עליך עמים רבים ומלכיהם ישערו עליך שער בעופפי חרבי על פניהם וחרדו לרגעים איש לנפשו ביום מפלתך׃
11. כי כה אמר אדני יהוה חרב מלך בבל תבואך׃
12. בחרבות גבורים אפיל המונך עריצי גוים כלם ושדדו את גאון מצרים ונשמד כל המונה׃
13. והאבדתי את כל בהמתה מעל מים רבים ולא תדלחם רגל אדם עוד ופרסות בהמה לא תדלחם׃
14. אז אשקיע מימיהם ונהרותם כשמן אוליך נאם אדני יהוה׃
15. בתתי את ארץ מצרים שממה ונשמה ארץ ממלאה בהכותי את כל יושבי בה וידעו כי אני יהוה׃
16. קינה היא וקוננוה בנות הגוים תקוננה אותה על מצרים ועל כל המונה תקוננה אותה נאם אדני יהוה׃
17. ויהי בשתי עשרה שנה בחמשה עשר לחדש היה דבר יהוה אלי לאמר׃
18. בן אדם נהה על המון מצרים והורדהו אותה ובנות גוים אדרם אל ארץ תחתיות את יורדי בור׃
19. ממי נעמת רדה והשכבה את ערלים׃
20. בתוך חללי חרב יפלו חרב נתנה משכו אותה וכל המוניה׃
21. ידברו לו אלי גבורים מתוך שאול את עזריו ירדו שכבו הערלים חללי חרב׃
22. שם אשור וכל קהלה סביבותיו קברתיו כלם חללים הנפלים בחרב׃
23. אשר נתנו קברתיה בירכתי בור ויהי קהלה סביבות קברתה כלם חללים נפלים בחרב אשר נתנו חתית בארץ חיים׃
24. שם עילם וכל המונה סביבות קברתה כלם חללים הנפלים בחרב אשר ירדו ערלים אל ארץ תחתיות אשר נתנו חתיתם בארץ חיים וישאו כלמתם את יורדי בור׃
25. בתוך חללים נתנו משכב לה בכל המונה סביבותיו קברתה כלם ערלים חללי חרב כי נתן חתיתם בארץ חיים וישאו כלמתם את יורדי בור בתוך חללים נתן׃
26. שם משך תבל וכל המונה סביבותיו קברותיה כלם ערלים מחללי חרב כי נתנו חתיתם בארץ חיים׃
27. ולא ישכבו את גבורים נפלים מערלים אשר ירדו שאול בכלי מלחמתם ויתנו את חרבותם תחת ראשיהם ותהי עונתם על עצמותם כי חתית גבורים בארץ חיים׃
28. ואתה בתוך ערלים תשבר ותשכב את חללי חרב׃
29. שמה אדום מלכיה וכל נשיאיה אשר נתנו בגבורתם את חללי חרב המה את ערלים ישכבו ואת ירדי בור׃
30. שמה נסיכי צפון כלם וכל צדני אשר ירדו את חללים בחתיתם מגבורתם בושים וישכבו ערלים את חללי חרב וישאו כלמתם את יורדי בור׃
31. אותם יראה פרעה ונחם על כל המונה חללי חרב פרעה וכל חילו נאם אדני יהוה׃
32. כי נתתי את חתיתו בארץ חיים והשכב בתוך ערלים את חללי חרב פרעה וכל המונה נאם אדני יהוה׃
