호세아 7장 [새번역] Hosea chapter 7

[호]7:1 "Whenever I would restore the fortunes of my people, whenever I would heal Israel, the sins of Ephraim are exposed and the crimes of Samaria revealed. They practice deceit, thieves break into houses, bandits rob in the streets;
[호]7:2 but they do not realize that I remember all their evil deeds. Their sins engulf them; they are always before me.
[호]7:3 "They delight the king with their wickedness, the princes with their lies.
[호]7:4 They are all adulterers, burning like an oven whose fire the baker need not stir from the kneading of the dough till it rises.
[호]7:5 On the day of the festival of our king the princes become inflamed with wine, and he joins hands with the mockers.
[호]7:6 Their hearts are like an oven; they approach him with intrigue. Their passion smolders all night; in the morning it blazes like a flaming fire.
[호]7:7 All of them are hot as an oven; they devour their rulers. All their kings fall, and none of them calls on me.
[호]7:8 "Ephraim mixes with the nations; Ephraim is a flat cake not turned over.
[호]7:9 Foreigners sap his strength, but he does not realize it. His hair is sprinkled with gray, but he does not notice.
[호]7:10 Israel's arrogance testifies against him, but despite all this he does not return to the LORD his God or search for him.
[호]7:11 "Ephraim is like a dove, easily deceived and senseless--now calling to Egypt, now turning to Assyria.
[호]7:12 When they go, I will throw my net over them; I will pull them down like birds of the air. When I hear them flocking together, I will catch them.
[호]7:13 Woe to them, because they have strayed from me! Destruction to them, because they have rebelled against me! I long to redeem them but they speak lies against me.
[호]7:14 They do not cry out to me from their hearts but wail upon their beds. They gather together for grain and new wine but turn away from me.
[호]7:15 I trained them and strengthened them, but they plot evil against me.
[호]7:16 They do not turn to the Most High; they are like a faulty bow. Their leaders will fall by the sword because of their insolent words. For this they will be ridiculed in the land of Egypt.

[호]7:1 "이스라엘을 고쳐 주려 할 때마다 에브라임의 죄와 사마리아가 지은 죄가 드러났다. 그들이 서로를 속이고, 남의 집에 몰래 들어가 도둑질하고, 거리에서는 강도짓을 한다.
[호]7:2 내가 그들의 죄를 모두 기억하고 있는데도 그들은 그것을 마음에 두지 않는다. 그들의 악한 짓이 사방에 널려 있으니 그 모든 죄가 분명히 보인다."
이스라엘의 악한 지도자들
[호]7:3 "그들이 악한 짓으로 왕을 기쁘게 하며 거짓말로 지도자들을 즐겁게 한다.
[호]7:4 그러나 그들 모두는 간음하는 자이다. 그들은 마치 빵 굽는 사람이 반죽이 발효될 때 말고는 늘 뜨겁게 달구어 놓은 화덕처럼, 정욕에 달아올라 있다.
[호]7:5 왕의 잔칫날이 되면 신하들은 포도주에 취하며 왕은 악한 계획을 세운 사람들과 손을 잡는다.
[호]7:6 그들의 마음은 음모로 달구어진 화덕과 같다. 그들의 음모는 밤새도록 가라앉아 있다가 아침이 오면 뜨겁게 달아오른다.
[호]7:7 모든 백성이 화덕처럼 뜨겁게 달구어져 있어서 그 지도자들을 삼켜 버린다. 왕이 하나씩 넘어지는데 어느 누구도 나를 부르지 않는다."
이스라엘과 다른 나라들
[호]7:8 "에브라임이 다른 나라들과 뒤섞여서, 뒤집지 않고 한쪽만 구운 빵처럼, 쓸모 없게 되었다.
[호]7:9 다른 나라들이 에브라임의 힘을 빼앗는데도 에브라임은 그 사실을 알지 못한다. 노인처럼 약해지고 힘이 없어졌는데도 그 사실을 알지 못한다.
[호]7:10 이스라엘의 교만이 그들에게 불리한 증언이 된다. 그런데도 그들은 여호와 하나님께로 돌아오지 않고 찾지도 않는다.
[호]7:11 에브라임은 어리석은 비둘기처럼 되었다. 백성에게 깨달음이 없어서 도움을 구하러 이집트로 가기도 하고 앗시리아로 가기도 한다.
[호]7:12 그들이 가는 곳에 하늘의 새를 잡듯 내가 그물을 던져 그들을 잡겠다. 내가 경고한 대로 그들을 심판하겠다.
[호]7:13 그들에게 화가 있을 것이다. 이는 그들이 내게서 떠났기 때문이다. 그들에게 멸망이 있을 것이다. 이는 그들이 나를 거역하며 범죄하였기 때문이다. 내가 그들을 구원하려고 했지만, 나를 거역하여 거짓말을 하였다.
[호]7:14 그들은 진심으로 나를 부르지도 않으면서 침대에 누워 울기만 한다. 곡식과 새 포도주를 달라고 빌 때도 마음은 내게서 떠나 있다.
[호]7:15 그들을 훈련시켜 힘을 주었지만, 그들은 나를 해칠 악한 계획만 세웠다.
[호]7:16 그들은 가장 높은 하나님께 돌아오지 않으며, 화살을 쏠 수 없는 굽은 활처럼 되었다. 그 지도자들은 자기 힘을 자랑하지만 오히려 칼에 맞아 죽을 것이다. 그래서 이집트 땅에서 조롱 거리가 되고 말 것이다."
