45:1 “너희가 제비를 뽑아 땅을 나누어 유산으로 갖게 될 때는, 먼저 한 구역을 구별하여 따로 떼어놓아 거룩한 땅으로 삼고, 그 땅을 주께 예물로 바쳐야 한다. 그 땅은 길이가 2만 5천 규빗, 너비가 1만 규빗 되어야 한다. 이렇게 구별된 땅은 그 구역 전체가 거룩하다.

45:2 그리고 그 땅 한가운데 길이 500규빗, 너비 500규빗 되는 네모반듯한 땅을 성소를 위해 할당하고, 그 사방 둘레에는 너비 50규빗 되는 땅을 빈 터로 두어라.

45:3 ○ 또 너희는 구별해 놓은 그 거룩한 구역에서, 길이 2만 5천 규빗, 너비 1만 규빗 되는 땅을 따로 잰 다음, 그 구역 안에 성소를 두어, 지극히 거룩한 곳이 되게 하여라.

45:4 그 땅은 지극히 거룩한 곳이다. 그러므로 그 땅은 주께 가까이 나가 성소에서 자신들의 직무를 수행하는 제사장들의 몫으로 주어져야 한다. 참으로 그곳은 성소를 위한 거룩한 곳이요, 주를 섬기는 제사장들의 집터가 될 곳이다.

45:5 ○ 또 너희는 길이 2만 5천 규빗, 너비 1만 규빗 되는 땅을 따로 잰 다음, 그 땅을 성전에서 시중드는 레위 사람들의 몫으로 주어서, 그들로 그 땅에서 자기들의 성읍을 짓고 살게 하여라.

45:6 ○ 또 너희는 구별하여 내게 예물로 바친 그 거룩한 구역 옆에, 길이 2만 5천 규빗, 너비 5천 규빗 되는 땅을 따로 잰 다음, 그 땅을 성읍 터로 삼고, 이스라엘 전체 백성들의 공동 소유가 되게 하여라.

45:7 ○ 거룩하게 구별하여 주께 예물로 바친 그 거룩한 구역과 성읍 터의 좌우 양편에 있는 땅은 왕의 몫이다. 왕에게 돌려질 그 땅의 경계는 이러하니, 곧 서쪽으로는 서쪽의 해안선에 이르기까지고, 동쪽으로는 동쪽의 국경선에 이르기까지다. 그러므로 그 동서의 길이는 이스라엘의 한 지파에게 분배된 땅의 동쪽에서 서쪽까지의 길이와 같다.

45:8 바로 이 땅이 이스라엘의 왕이 차지할 몫이다. 이 땅을 왕에게 주어 왕의 소유로 삼게 하면, 이후로 나의 왕들이 다시는 내 백성을 억압하지 않을 것이다. 그리고 그 나머지 땅은 이스라엘 모든 백성들에게 그들의 지파에 따라 나누어 주도록 하라.”

45:9 ○ “나 주가 말한다. 이스라엘의 통치자들아, 이제껏 저지른 악행만으로도 충분하니, 이제 그만 하라! 너희는 이제 폭력과 탄압을 멈추고, 공평과 공의를 행하며, 내 백성을 착취하는 일은 당장 그쳐라! 이는 나 주 하나님의 말이다.

45:10 또 너희는 공평한 저울과 공평한 에바와 공평한 밧을 사용하고, 그 용량을 속이지 말아라.

45:11 에바와 밧은 그 용량이 같아야 한다. 호멜의 용량을 기준으로 삼을 때, 한 밧은 호멜의 10분의 1이 되게 하고, 한 에바도 호멜의 10분의 1이 되게 하여라.

45:12 또 너희는 120게라를 한 1세겔로 하고, 20세겔과 25세겔과 15세겔을 모두 합한 60세겔로 한 1마네가 되게 하여라.”

45:13 ○ “또 너희가 마땅히 구별하여 주께 바쳐야 할 예물은 이러하다. 밀은 한 호멜 수확에 6분의 1에바를 바치고, 보리 역시 한 호멜 수확에 6분의 1에바를 바쳐야 한다.

45:14 기름은 정한 규례에 따라 한 1고르 수확에 10분의 1밧을 바쳐야 한다. 여기서 한 고르는 한 호멜과 똑같은 용량으로, 둘 다 10밧에 해당한다.

45:15 또 이스라엘의 풍성하고 기름진 목초지에서 200마리의 양 떼마다 그 가운데 한 마리를 바쳐야 한다. 그래서 너희는 이렇게 바쳐진 예물들로 소제물과 번제물과 화목제물로 삼아, 너희 이스라엘 백성들의 죄를 속죄하여라. 이는 나 주 하나님의 말이다.

45:16 이 땅에 사는 모든 이스라엘 백성들은 이 같은 모든 예물을 이스라엘 왕에게 드려야 하고,

45:17 이스라엘 왕은 이 같은 모든 예물을 받아서, 절기와 초하룻날과 안식일과 이스라엘 족속의 모든 지정된 성회 때에, 번제와 소제와 전제를 위한 제물로 공급해 주어야 한다. 이렇게 왕은 필요한 때에 속죄제물과 소제물과 번제물과 1화목제물을 공급해 줌으로써, 이스라엘 백성들로 하여금 속죄를 받도록 해주어야 한다.”

45:18 ○ “나 주가 말한다. 매년 정월 초하룻날에, 너희는 흠 없는 수송아지 한 마리를 속죄제물로 삼아 성소를 정결하게 하여라.

45:19 제사장은 그 속죄제물의 피를 받아서, 성전의 문설주와 제단 아랫단의 네 모서리와 안뜰 문의 문설주에 발라라.

45:20 너희는 또 그달 7일에도 이와 똑같은 의식을 치러서, 의도하지 않고 무심결에 죄를 지은 자들이나 알지 못해서 모르고 죄를 지은 자들을 위해 성전을 정결하게 하여라.

45:21 ○ 매년 정월 14일에는 유월절을 지키고, 이어서 7일 동안은 유월절 축제를 거행하여라. 이 기간 동안에는 너희가 누룩을 넣지 않은 빵을 먹어야 한다.

45:22 유월절 축제가 시작되는 그날에, 이스라엘 왕은 자신과 그 땅의 모든 백성들을 위해 송아지 한 마리를 가져다가 속죄제물로 바쳐야 한다.

45:23 또 1이 절기를 지키는 축제의 7일 동안에, 이스라엘 왕은 매일 수송아지 일곱 마리와 숫양 일곱 마리를 흠 없는 것으로 골라서 번제물로 바치고, 또 매일 숫염소 한 마리를 취하여 속죄제물로 주께 바쳐야 한다.

45:24 이것과 더불어, 너희는 또 1소제물을 준비해야 한다. 곧 수송아지 한 마리에 밀가루 한 에바씩, 숫양 한 마리에도 밀가루 한 에바씩, 그리고 그 밀가루 한 에바마다 기름 한 1힌씩을 같이 바쳐야 한다.

45:25 ○ 매년 7월 15일부터 시작되는 1절기 7일 동안에도, 너희는 유월절 때와 마찬가지로 똑같이 행하여, 주 앞에 속죄제물과 번제물과 소제물과 기름을 바쳐야 한다.”

1.  "And when you shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, you shall offer an allotment to the LORD, a holy portion of the land; the length shall be the length of 250000 [cubits,] and the width shall be 100000. It shall be holy within all its boundary round about.

2.  "Out of this there shall be for the holy place a square round about five hundred by five hundred [cubits,] and fifty cubits for its open space round about.

3.  "And from this area you shall measure a length of 250000 [cubits,] and a width of 100000 [cubits;] and in it shall be the sanctuary, the most holy place.

4.  "It shall be the holy portion of the land; it shall be for the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary, who come near to minister to the LORD, and it shall be a place for their houses and a holy place for the sanctuary.

5.  "And [an area] 250000 [cubits] in length and 100000 in width shall be for the Levites, the ministers of the house, [and] for their possession cities to dwell in.

6.  "And you shall give the city possession of [an area] 50000 [cubits] wide and 250000 [cubits] long, alongside the allotment of the holy portion; it shall be for the whole house of Israel.

7.  "And the prince shall have [land] on either side of the holy allotment and the property of the city, adjacent to the holy allotment and the property of the city, on the west side toward the west and on the east side toward the east, and in length comparable to one of the portions, from the west border to the east border.

8.  "This shall be his land for a possession in Israel; so My princes shall no longer oppress My people, but they shall give [the rest of] the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes."

9.  'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Enough, you princes of Israel; put away violence and destruction, and practice justice and righteousness. Stop your expropriations from My people," declares the Lord GOD.

10.  "You shall have just balances, a just ephah, and a just bath.

11.  "The ephah and the bath shall be the same quantity, so that the bath may contain a tenth of a homer, and the ephah a tenth of a homer; their standard shall be according to the homer.

12.  "And the shekel shall be twenty gerahs; twenty shekels, twenty-five shekels, [and] fifteen shekels shall be your maneh.

13.  "This is the offering that you shall offer: a sixth of an ephah from a homer of wheat; a sixth of an ephah from a homer of barley;

14.  and the prescribed portion of oil ([namely,] the bath of oil), a tenth of a bath from [each] kor ([which is] ten baths [or] a homer, for ten baths are a homer);

15.  and one sheep from [each] flock of two hundred from the watering places of Israel-- for a grain offering, for a burnt offering, and for peace offerings, to make atonement for them, "declares the Lord GOD.

16.  "All the people of the land shall give to this offering for the prince in Israel.

17.  "And it shall be the prince's part [to provide] the burnt offerings, the grain offerings, and the libations, at the feasts, on the new moons, and on the sabbaths, at all the appointed feasts of the house of Israel; he shall provide the sin offering, the grain offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel."

18.  'Thus says the Lord GOD, "In the first [month,] on the first of the month, you shall take a young bull without blemish and cleanse the sanctuary.

19.  "And the priest shall take some of the blood from the sin offering and put [it] on the door posts of the house, on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the posts of the gate of the inner court.

20.  "And thus you shall do on the seventh [day] of the month for everyone who goes astray or is naive; so you shall make atonement for the house.

21.  "In the first [month,] on the fourteenth day of the month, you shall have the Passover, a feast of seven days; unleavened bread shall be eaten.

22.  "And on that day the prince shall provide for himself and all the people of the land a bull for a sin offering.

23.  "And [during] the seven days of the feast he shall provide as a burnt offering to the LORD seven bulls and seven rams without blemish on every day of the seven days, and a male goat daily for a sin offering.

24.  "And he shall provide as a grain offering an ephah with a bull, an ephah with a ram, and a hin of oil with an ephah.

25.  "In the seventh [month,] on the fifteenth day of the month, at the feast, he shall provide like this, seven days for the sin offering, the burnt offering, the grain offering, and the oil."
