Amos Chapter 6 עָמוֹס א  הוֹי הַשַּׁאֲנַנִּים בְּצִיּוֹן, וְהַבֹּטְחִים בְּהַר שֹׁמְרוֹן; נְקֻבֵי רֵאשִׁית הַגּוֹיִם, וּבָאוּ לָהֶם בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל. 1 Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and to them that are secure in the mountain of Samaria, the notable men of the first of the nations, to whom the house of Israel come! ב  עִבְרוּ כַלְנֵה וּרְאוּ, וּלְכוּ מִשָּׁם חֲמַת רַבָּה; וּרְדוּ גַת-פְּלִשְׁתִּים, הֲטוֹבִים מִן-הַמַּמְלָכוֹת הָאֵלֶּה--אִם-רַב גְּבוּלָם, מִגְּבֻלְכֶם. 2 Pass ye unto Calneh, and see, and from thence go ye to Hamath the great; then go down to Gath of the Philistines; are they better than these kingdoms? or is their border greater than your border? ג  הַמְנַדִּים, לְיוֹם רָע; וַתַּגִּשׁוּן, שֶׁבֶת חָמָס. 3 Ye that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near; ד  הַשֹּׁכְבִים עַל-מִטּוֹת שֵׁן, וּסְרֻחִים עַל-עַרְשׂוֹתָם; וְאֹכְלִים כָּרִים מִצֹּאן, וַעֲגָלִים מִתּוֹךְ מַרְבֵּק. 4 That lie upon beds of ivory, and stretch themselves upon their couches, and eat the lambs out of the flock, and the calves out of the midst of the stall; ה  הַפֹּרְטִים, עַל-פִּי הַנָּבֶל, כְּדָוִיד, חָשְׁבוּ לָהֶם כְּלֵי-שִׁיר. 5 That thrum on the psaltery, that devise for themselves instruments of music, like David; ו  הַשֹּׁתִים בְּמִזְרְקֵי יַיִן, וְרֵאשִׁית שְׁמָנִים יִמְשָׁחוּ; וְלֹא נֶחְלוּ, עַל-שֵׁבֶר יוֹסֵף. 6 That drink wine in bowls, and anoint themselves with the chief ointments; but they are not grieved for the hurt of Joseph. ז  לָכֵן עַתָּה יִגְלוּ, בְּרֹאשׁ גֹּלִים; וְסָר, מִרְזַח סְרוּחִים. 7 Therefore now shall they go captive at the head of them that go captive, and the revelry of them that stretched themselves shall pass away. ח  נִשְׁבַּע אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה בְּנַפְשׁוֹ, נְאֻם-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵי צְבָאוֹת, מְתָאֵב אָנֹכִי אֶת-גְּאוֹן יַעֲקֹב, וְאַרְמְנֹתָיו שָׂנֵאתִי; וְהִסְגַּרְתִּי, עִיר וּמְלֹאָהּ. 8 The Lord GOD hath sworn by Himself, saith the LORD, the God of hosts: I abhor the pride of Jacob, and hate his palaces; and I will deliver up the city with all that is therein. ט  וְהָיָה, אִם-יִוָּתְרוּ עֲשָׂרָה אֲנָשִׁים בְּבַיִת אֶחָד--וָמֵתוּ. 9 And it shall come to pass, if there remain ten men in one house, that they shall die. י  וּנְשָׂאוֹ דּוֹדוֹ וּמְסָרְפוֹ, לְהוֹצִיא עֲצָמִים מִן-הַבַּיִת, וְאָמַר לַאֲשֶׁר בְּיַרְכְּתֵי הַבַּיִת הַעוֹד עִמָּךְ, וְאָמַר אָפֶס; וְאָמַר הָס, כִּי לֹא לְהַזְכִּיר בְּשֵׁם יְהוָה.  {ס} 10 And when a man's uncle shall take him up, even he that burneth him, to bring out the bones out of the house, and shall say unto him that is in the innermost parts of the house: 'Is there yet any with thee?' and he shall say: 'No'; then shall he say: 'Hold thy peace; for we must not make mention of the name of the LORD.' {S} יא  כִּי-הִנֵּה יְהוָה מְצַוֶּה, וְהִכָּה הַבַּיִת הַגָּדוֹל רְסִיסִים; וְהַבַּיִת הַקָּטֹן, בְּקִעִים. 11 For, behold, the LORD commandeth, and the great house shall be smitten into splinters, and the little house into chips. יב  הַיְרֻצוּן בַּסֶּלַע סוּסִים, אִם-יַחֲרוֹשׁ בַּבְּקָרִים:  כִּי-הֲפַכְתֶּם לְרֹאשׁ מִשְׁפָּט, וּפְרִי צְדָקָה לְלַעֲנָה. 12 Do horses run upon the rocks? Doth one plow there with oxen? that ye have turned justice into gall, and the fruit of righteousness into wormwood; יג  הַשְּׂמֵחִים, לְלֹא דָבָר:  הָאֹמְרִים--הֲלוֹא בְחָזְקֵנוּ, לָקַחְנוּ לָנוּ קַרְנָיִם. 13 Ye that rejoice in a thing of nought, that say: 'Have we not taken to us horns by our own strength?' יד  כִּי הִנְנִי מֵקִים עֲלֵיכֶם בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל, נְאֻם-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵי הַצְּבָאוֹת--גּוֹי; וְלָחֲצוּ אֶתְכֶם מִלְּבוֹא חֲמָת, עַד-נַחַל הָעֲרָבָה.  {פ} 14 For, behold, I will raise up against you a nation, O house of Israel, saith the LORD, the God of hosts; and they shall afflict you from the entrance of Hamath unto the Brook of the Arabah. {P}이스라엘의 멸망 [암]6:1 시온에서 평안히 있는 사람과 사마리아 산에서 안심하고 사는 사람에게 재앙이 내릴 것이다. 너희는 스스로 으뜸가는 민족이라고 생각하며, 이스라엘 백성도 너희를 믿고 따른다. [암]6:2 갈레 성으로 가서 살펴보아라. 거기에서 큰 성 하맛으로 가 보아라. 블레셋 땅 가드로 내려가 보아라. 너희가 그 나라들보다 더 나으냐? 너희의 땅이 그들 것보다 더 넓으냐? [암]6:3 너희는 다가오는 재앙을 피하려 하지만, 너희의 행동이 오히려 심판의 날을 가까이 불러들였다. [암]6:4 너희는 상아로 장식한 침대에 누워서 부드러운 양고기와 살진 송아지 고기를 먹었다. [암]6:5 비파를 연주하며 다윗처럼 악기에 맞추어 노래도 지었다. [암]6:6 포도주를 대접 가득히 마시고 가장 좋은 향수를 쓰면서도 요셉의 멸망은 슬퍼하지 않았다. [암]6:7 그러므로 너희가 가장 먼저 포로로 끌려갈 것이다. 너희의 잔치는 끝나게 될 것이다. [암]6:8 만군의 하나님 여호와께서 스스로를 가리켜 맹세하신 말씀이다. "나는 야곱의 교만을 미워한다. 그들의 요새가 역겹다. 그러므로 그 성과 그 안의 모든 것을 원수에게 넘겨 주겠다." [암]6:9 그 때에 한 집에 열 사람이 남더라도, 결국 다 죽을 것이다. [암]6:10 죽은 사람을 장사지낼 친척이 와서, 화장하기 위해 시체들을 집 밖으로 내가며 남아 있는 사람에게 "아직 시체가 더 있소?" 하고 묻는다면 그가 "없소" 하고 대답할 것이다. 그러면 그 친척이 "조용히 하시오. 여호와의 이름을 속삭이지도 마시오. 그가 들을까 두렵소"라고 말할 것이다. [암]6:11 보라! 여호와께서 명령하신다. 큰 집이 산산조각으로 부서질 것이고 작은 집도 완전히 허물어질 것이다. [암]6:12 말들이 바위 위로 달릴 수 있느냐? 소를 몰아 바위를 갈게 할 수 있겠느냐? 그런데도 너희는 정의를 독으로 바꾸었고, 올바른 것을 악으로 바꿔 놓았다. [암]6:13 너희는 로드발이 점령되었다고 기뻐하고 "우리가 우리 힘으로 가르나임을 정복했다"고 말한다. [암]6:14 "이스라엘아, 내가 한 나라를 보내어 너를 치겠다. 그들이 북쪽의 하맛 어귀에서부터 아라바 남쪽 골짜기까지 너희를 괴롭힐 것이다." 만군의 하나님 여호와의 말씀이다.
