두 번째 돌판

1.  여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 돌판 둘을 처음 것과 같이 다듬어 만들라 네가 깨뜨린 처음 판에 있던 말을 내가 그 판에 쓰리니

2.  아침까지 준비하고 아침에 시내 산에 올라와 산 꼭대기에서 내게 보이되

3.  아무도 너와 함께 오르지 말며 온 산에 아무도 나타나지 못하게 하고 양과 소도 산 앞에서 먹지 못하게 하라

4.  모세가 돌판 둘을 처음 것과 같이 깎아 만들고 아침에 일찍이 일어나 그 두 돌판을 손에 들고 여호와의 명령대로 시내 산에 올라가니

5.  여호와께서 구름 가운데에 강림하사 그와 함께 거기 서서 여호와의 이름을 선포하실새

6.  여호와께서 그의 앞으로 지나시며 선포하시되 여호와라 여호와라 자비롭고 은혜롭고 노하기를 더디하고 인자와 진실이 많은 하나님이라

7.  인자를 천대까지 베풀며 악과 과실과 죄를 용서하리라 그러나 벌을 면제하지는 아니하고 아버지의 악행을 자손 삼사 대까지 보응하리라

8.  모세가 급히 땅에 엎드려 경배하며

9.  이르되 주여 내가 주께 은총을 입었거든 원하건대 주는 우리와 동행하옵소서 이는 목이 뻣뻣한 백성이니이다 우리의 악과 죄를 사하시고 우리를 주의 기업으로 삼으소서

다시 언약을 세우시다

10.  여호와께서 이르시되 보라 내가 언약을 세우나니 곧 내가 아직 온 땅 아무 국민에게도 행하지 아니한 이적을 너희 전체 백성 앞에 행할 것이라 네가 머무는 나라 백성이 다 여호와의 행하심을 보리니 내가 너를 위하여 행할 일이 두려운 것임이니라

11.  너는 내가 오늘 네게 명령하는 것을 삼가 지키라 보라 내가 네 앞에서 아모리 사람과 가나안 사람과 헷 사람과 브리스 사람과 히위 사람과 여부스 사람을 쫓아내리니

12.  너는 스스로 삼가 네가 들어가는 땅의 주민과 언약을 세우지 말라 그것이 너희에게 올무가 될까 하노라

13.  너희는 도리어 그들의 제단들을 헐고 그들의 주상을 깨뜨리고 그들의 아세라 상을 찍을지어다

14.  너는 다른 신에게 절하지 말라 여호와는 질투라 이름하는 질투의 하나님임이니라

15.  너는 삼가 그 땅의 주민과 언약을 세우지 말지니 이는 그들이 모든 신을 음란하게 섬기며 그들의 신들에게 제물을 드리고 너를 청하면 네가 그 제물을 먹을까 함이며

16.  또 네가 그들의 딸들을 네 아들들의 아내로 삼음으로 그들의 딸들이 그들의 신들을 음란하게 섬기며 네 아들에게 그들의 신들을 음란하게 섬기게 할까 함이니라

17.  너는 신상들을 부어 만들지 말지니라

18.  ○너는 무교절을 지키되 내가 네게 명령한 대로 아빕월 그 절기에 이레 동안 무교병을 먹으라 이는 네가 아빕월에 애굽에서 나왔음이니라

19.  모든 첫 태생은 다 내 것이며 네 가축의 모든 처음 난 수컷인 소와 양도 다 그러하며

20.  나귀의 첫 새끼는 어린 양으로 대속할 것이요 그렇게 하지 아니하려면 그 목을 꺾을 것이며 네 아들 중 장자는 다 대속할지며 빈 손으로 내 얼굴을 보지 말지니라

21.  ○너는 엿새 동안 일하고 일곱째 날에는 쉴지니 밭 갈 때에나 거둘 때에도 쉴지며

22.  칠칠절 곧 맥추의 초실절을 지키고 세말에는 수장절을 지키라

23.  너희의 모든 남자는 매년 세 번씩 주 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님 앞에 보일지라

24.  내가 이방 나라들을 네 앞에서 쫓아내고 네 지경을 넓히리니 네가 매년 세 번씩 여호와 네 하나님을 뵈려고 올 때에 아무도 네 땅을 탐내지 못하리라

25.  ○너는 내 제물의 피를 유교병과 함께 드리지 말며 유월절 제물을 아침까지 두지 말지며

26.  네 토지 소산의 처음 익은 것을 가져다가 네 하나님 여호와의 전에 드릴지며 너는 염소 새끼를 그 어미의 젖으로 삶지 말지니라

27.  ○여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 이 말들을 기록하라 내가 이 말들의 뜻대로 너와 이스라엘과 언약을 세웠음이니라 하시니라

28.  모세가 여호와와 함께 사십 일 사십 야를 거기 있으면서 떡도 먹지 아니하였고 물도 마시지 아니하였으며 여호와께서는 언약의 말씀 곧 십계명을 그 판들에 기록하셨더라

모세가 시내 산에서 내려오다

29.  ○모세가 그 증거의 두 판을 모세의 손에 들고 시내 산에서 내려오니 그 산에서 내려올 때에 모세는 자기가 여호와와 말하였음으로 말미암아 얼굴 피부에 광채가 나나 깨닫지 못하였더라

30.  아론과 온 이스라엘 자손이 모세를 볼 때에 모세의 얼굴 피부에 광채가 남을 보고 그에게 가까이 하기를 두려워하더니

31.  모세가 그들을 부르매 아론과 회중의 모든 어른이 모세에게로 오고 모세가 그들과 말하니

32.  그 후에야 온 이스라엘 자손이 가까이 오는지라 모세가 여호와께서 시내 산에서 자기에게 이르신 말씀을 다 그들에게 명령하고

33.  모세가 그들에게 말하기를 마치고 수건으로 자기 얼굴을 가렸더라

34.  그러나 모세가 여호와 앞에 들어가서 함께 말할 때에는 나오기까지 수건을 벗고 있다가 나와서는 그 명령하신 일을 이스라엘 자손에게 전하며

35.  이스라엘 자손이 모세의 얼굴의 광채를 보므로 모세가 여호와께 말하러 들어가기까지 다시 수건으로 자기 얼굴을 가렸더라

[NIV]제34장

1.  The LORD said to Moses, "Chisel out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I will write on them the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke.

2.  Be ready in the morning, and then come up on Mount Sinai. Present yourself to me there on top of the mountain.

3.  No one is to come with you or be seen anywhere on the mountain; not even the flocks and herds may graze in front of the mountain."

4.  So Moses chiseled out two stone tablets like the first ones and went up Mount Sinai early in the morning, as the LORD had commanded him; and he carried the two stone tablets in his hands.

5.  Then the LORD came down in the cloud and stood there with him and proclaimed his name, the LORD.

6.  And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, "The LORD, the LORD, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness,

7.  maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation."

8.  Moses bowed to the ground at once and worshiped.

9.  "O Lord, if I have found favor in your eyes," he said, "then let the Lord go with us. Although this is a stiff-necked people, forgive our wickedness and our sin, and take us as your inheritance."

10.  Then the LORD said: "I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live among will see how awesome is the work that I, the LORD, will do for you.

11.  Obey what I command you today. I will drive out before you the Amorites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.

12.  Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land where you are going, or they will be a snare among you.

13.  Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones and cut down their Asherah poles.

14.  Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.

15.  "Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land; for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to them, they will invite you and you will eat their sacrifices.

16.  And when you choose some of their daughters as wives for your sons and those daughters prostitute themselves to their gods, they will lead your sons to do the same.

17.  "Do not make cast idols.

18.  "Celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread. For seven days eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you. Do this at the appointed time in the month of Abib, for in that month you came out of Egypt.

19.  "The first offspring of every womb belongs to me, including all the firstborn males of your livestock, whether from herd or flock.

20.  Redeem the firstborn donkey with a lamb, but if you do not redeem it, break its neck. Redeem all your firstborn sons. "No one is to appear before me empty-handed.

21.  "Six days you shall labor, but on the seventh day you shall rest; even during the plowing season and harvest you must rest.

22.  "Celebrate the Feast of Weeks with the firstfruits of the wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the turn of the year.

23.  Three times a year all your men are to appear before the Sovereign LORD, the God of Israel.

24.  I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your territory, and no one will covet your land when you go up three times each year to appear before the LORD your God.

25.  "Do not offer the blood of a sacrifice to me along with anything containing yeast, and do not let any of the sacrifice from the Passover Feast remain until morning.

26.  "Bring the best of the firstfruits of your soil to the house of the LORD your God. "Do not cook a young goat in its mother's milk."

27.  Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write down these words, for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel."

28.  Moses was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant -- the Ten Commandments.

29.  When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the LORD.

30.  When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, his face was radiant, and they were afraid to come near him.

31.  But Moses called to them; so Aaron and all the leaders of the community came back to him, and he spoke to them.

32.  Afterward all the Israelites came near him, and he gave them all the commands the LORD had given him on Mount Sinai.

33.  When Moses finished speaking to them, he put a veil over his face.

34.  But whenever he entered the LORD's presence to speak with him, he removed the veil until he came out. And when he came out and told the Israelites what he had been commanded,

35.  they saw that his face was radiant. Then Moses would put the veil back over his face until he went in to speak with the LORD.

[히브리어]제34장

1.  ויאמר יהוה אל משה פסל לך שני לחת אבנים כראשנים וכתבתי על הלחת את הדברים אשר היו על הלחת הראשנים אשר שברת׃

2.  והיה נכון לבקר ועלית בבקר אל הר סיני ונצבת לי שם על ראש ההר׃

3.  ואיש לא יעלה עמך וגם איש אל ירא בכל ההר גם הצאן והבקר אל ירעו אל מול ההר ההוא׃

4.  ויפסל שני לחת אבנים כראשנים וישכם משה בבקר ויעל אל הר סיני כאשר צוה יהוה אתו ויקח בידו שני לחת אבנים׃

5.  וירד יהוה בענן ויתיצב עמו שם ויקרא בשם יהוה׃

6.  ויעבר יהוה על פניו ויקרא יהוה יהוה אל רחום וחנון ארך אפים ורב חסד ואמת׃

7.  נצר חסד לאלפים נשא עון ופשע וחטאה ונקה לא ינקה פקד עון אבות על בנים ועל בני בנים על שלשים ועל רבעים׃

8.  וימהר משה ויקד ארצה וישתחו׃

9.  ויאמר אם נא מצאתי חן בעיניך אדני ילך נא אדני בקרבנו כי עם קשה ערף הוא וסלחת לעוננו ולחטאתנו ונחלתנו׃

10.  ויאמר הנה אנכי כרת ברית נגד כל עמך אעשה נפלאת אשר לא נבראו בכל הארץ ובכל הגוים וראה כל העם אשר אתה בקרבו את מעשה יהוה כי נורא הוא אשר אני עשה עמך׃

11.  שמר לך את אשר אנכי מצוך היום הנני גרש מפניך את האמרי והכנעני והחתי והפרזי והחוי והיבוסי׃

12.  השמר לך פן תכרת ברית ליושב הארץ אשר אתה בא עליה פן יהיה למוקש בקרבך׃

13.  כי את מזבחתם תתצון ואת מצבתם תשברון ואת אשריו תכרתון׃

14.  כי לא תשתחוה לאל אחר כי יהוה קנא שמו אל קנא הוא׃

15.  פן תכרת ברית ליושב הארץ וזנו אחרי אלהיהם וזבחו לאלהיהם וקרא לך ואכלת מזבחו׃

16.  ולקחת מבנתיו לבניך וזנו בנתיו אחרי אלהיהן והזנו את בניך אחרי אלהיהן׃

17.  אלהי מסכה לא תעשה לך׃

18.  את חג המצות תשמר שבעת ימים תאכל מצות אשר צויתך למועד חדש האביב כי בחדש האביב יצאת ממצרים׃

19.  כל פטר רחם לי וכל מקנך תזכר פטר שור ושה׃

20.  ופטר חמור תפדה בשה ואם לא תפדה וערפתו כל בכור בניך תפדה ולא יראו פני ריקם׃

21.  ששת ימים תעבד וביום השביעי תשבת בחריש ובקציר תשבת׃

22.  וחג שבעת תעשה לך בכורי קציר חטים וחג האסיף תקופת השנה׃

23.  שלש פעמים בשנה יראה כל זכורך את פני האדן יהוה אלהי ישראל׃

24.  כי אוריש גוים מפניך והרחבתי את גבולך ולא יחמד איש את ארצך בעלתך לראות את פני יהוה אלהיך שלש פעמים בשנה׃

25.  לא תשחט על חמץ דם זבחי ולא ילין לבקר זבח חג הפסח׃

26.  ראשית בכורי אדמתך תביא בית יהוה אלהיך לא תבשל גדי בחלב אמו׃

27.  ויאמר יהוה אל משה כתב לך את הדברים האלה כי על פי הדברים האלה כרתי אתך ברית ואת ישראל׃

28.  ויהי שם עם יהוה ארבעים יום וארבעים לילה לחם לא אכל ומים לא שתה ויכתב על הלחת את דברי הברית עשרת הדברים׃

29.  ויהי ברדת משה מהר סיני ושני לחת העדת ביד משה ברדתו מן ההר ומשה לא ידע כי קרן עור פניו בדברו אתו׃

30.  וירא אהרן וכל בני ישראל את משה והנה קרן עור פניו וייראו מגשת אליו׃

31.  ויקרא אלהם משה וישבו אליו אהרן וכל הנשאים בעדה וידבר משה אלהם׃

32.  ואחרי כן נגשו כל בני ישראל ויצום את כל אשר דבר יהוה אתו בהר סיני׃

33.  ויכל משה מדבר אתם ויתן על פניו מסוה׃

34.  ובבא משה לפני יהוה לדבר אתו יסיר את המסוה עד צאתו ויצא ודבר אל בני ישראל את אשר יצוה׃

35.  וראו בני ישראל את פני משה כי קרן עור פני משה והשיב משה את המסוה על פניו עד באו לדבר אתו׃
