성전 안에서 우상을 숭배함

1.  여섯째 해 여섯째 달 5일에 내가 내 집에 앉아 있고 내 앞에 유다의 장로들이 앉아 있는데 그때 주 여호와의 손이 내 위에 내려왔다.

2.  내가 보니 불의 모습과 같은 형상이 있었는데 그의 허리 아래쪽으로는 불처럼 생겼고 그의 허리 위쪽으로는 밝은 모습이 금속 빛 같았다.

3.  그는 손처럼 보이는 것을 뻗어 내 머리털을 붙잡으셨다. 영이 땅과 하늘 사이로 나를 들어 올리셨고 하나님의 환상 가운데 나를 예루살렘으로 데려가서 안뜰의 북쪽 문 입구로 이끄셨는데 그곳은 질투를 불러일으키는 우상이 서 있는 자리였다.

4.  그리고 그곳에 내가 환상으로 보았던 모습과 같은 이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 있었다.

5.  그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “사람아, 네 눈을 들어 북쪽을 보아라.” 그래서 내가 눈을 북쪽으로 드니 그곳 제단 문 북쪽 입구에 이 질투의 우상이 있었다.

6.  그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “사람아, 그들이 무엇을 하고 있는지 보이느냐? 이스라엘 집이 여기서 심히 혐오스러운 짓을 행해서 나를 내 성소에서 멀리 떠나게 하고 있다. 그러나 다시 돌아보아라. 네가 더욱 혐오스러운 일들을 보게 될 것이다.”

7.  그리고 그분은 나를 뜰 입구로 데려가셨다. 내가 보니 벽에 구멍이 하나 있었다.

8.  그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “사람아, 이 벽을 뚫어라.” 그래서 내가 벽을 뚫었더니 문이 하나 있었다.

9.  그러자 그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “들어가서 그들이 여기에서 하고 있는 사악하고 혐오스러운 일들을 보아라.”

10.  그래서 내가 들어가서 보니 온갖 기어 다니는 것들과 가증스러운 짐승들과 이스라엘의 집의 모든 우상들이 벽 전체에 새겨져 있었다.

11.  그들 앞에는 이스라엘 족속의 장로들 가운데 70명과 사반의 아들 야아사냐가 그들 가운데 서 있었다. 각 사람은 각자의 손에 향로를 들고 있었고 향의 연기 냄새가 피어오르고 있었다.

12.  그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “사람아, 이스라엘 족속의 장로들이 어둠 속에서 무엇을 하는지, 각자가 자기 우상의 방에서 무엇을 하는지 보았느냐? 그들은 ‘여호와께서는 우리를 보지 않으신다. 여호와께서 이 땅을 버리셨다’라고 말한다.”

13.  그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “다시 뒤돌아보아라. 그들이 하고 있는 더욱 혐오스러운 일들을 보게 될 것이다.”

14.  그리고 그분은 나를 여호와의 집 북쪽 문 입구로 데려가셨는데 여자들이 담무스를 위해 애곡하며 그곳에 앉아 있었다.

15.  그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “사람아, 네가 이것을 보았느냐? 다시 뒤돌아보아라. 네가 이것보다 더욱 혐오스러운 일들을 보게 될 것이다.”

16.  그리고 그분이 나를 여호와의 집 안뜰로 데려가셨는데 그곳 여호와의 성전 입구, 제단과 현관 사이에 25명 가량의 남자들이 있었다. 그들은 여호와의 성전을 등지고 얼굴을 동쪽으로 향한 채 동쪽 태양을 향해 경배하고 있었다.

17.  그분이 내게 말씀하셨다. “사람아, 네가 이것을 보았느냐? 유다 족속이 여기서 행하는 이런 혐오스러운 일들이 그들에게 별것이 아니라고 하겠느냐? 그들은 이 땅에 폭력이 가득 차게 해 또다시 나를 진노케 한다. 그들을 보아라. 그들이 나뭇가지를 그들의 코에 가져다 대고 있다.

18.  그러므로 내가 또 진노로 행할 것이다. 내 눈이 그들을 불쌍히 여기지 않을 것이고 내가 그들에게 인정을 베풀지도 않을 것이다. 그들이 내가 듣는 데서 큰 소리로 울부짖어도 내가 그들에게 귀 기울이지 않을 것이다.”

[NIV]제8장

1.  In the sixth year, in the sixth month on the fifth day, while I was sitting in my house and the elders of Judah were sitting before me, the hand of the Sovereign LORD came upon me there.

2.  I looked, and I saw a figure like that of a man. From what appeared to be his waist down he was like fire, and from there up his appearance was as bright as glowing metal.

3.  He stretched out what looked like a hand and took me by the hair of my head. The Spirit lifted me up between earth and heaven and in visions of God he took me to Jerusalem, to the entrance to the north gate of the inner court, where the idol that provokes to jealousy stood.

4.  And there before me was the glory of the God of Israel, as in the vision I had seen in the plain.

5.  Then he said to me, "Son of man, look toward the north." So I looked, and in the entrance north of the gate of the altar I saw this idol of jealousy.

6.  And he said to me, "Son of man, do you see what they are doing -- the utterly detestable things the house of Israel is doing here, things that will drive me far from my sanctuary? But you will see things that are even more detestable."

7.  Then he brought me to the entrance to the court. I looked, and I saw a hole in the wall.

8.  He said to me, "Son of man, now dig into the wall." So I dug into the wall and saw a doorway there.

9.  And he said to me, "Go in and see the wicked and detestable things they are doing here."

10.  So I went in and looked, and I saw portrayed all over the walls all kinds of crawling things and detestable animals and all the idols of the house of Israel.

11.  In front of them stood seventy elders of the house of Israel, and Jaazaniah son of Shaphan was standing among them. Each had a censer in his hand, and a fragrant cloud of incense was rising.

12.  He said to me, "Son of man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel are doing in the darkness, each at the shrine of his own idol? They say, `The LORD does not see us; the LORD has forsaken the land.'"

13.  Again, he said, "You will see them doing things that are even more detestable."

14.  Then he brought me to the entrance to the north gate of the house of the LORD, and I saw women sitting there, mourning for Tammuz.

15.  He said to me, "Do you see this, son of man? You will see things that are even more detestable than this."

16.  He then brought me into the inner court of the house of the LORD, and there at the entrance to the temple, between the portico and the altar, were about twenty-five men. With their backs toward the temple of the LORD and their faces toward the east, they were bowing down to the sun in the east.

17.  He said to me, "Have you seen this, son of man? Is it a trivial matter for the house of Judah to do the detestable things they are doing here? Must they also fill the land with violence and continually provoke me to anger? Look at them putting the branch to their nose!

18.  Therefore I will deal with them in anger; I will not look on them with pity or spare them. Although they shout in my ears, I will not listen to them."

[히브리어]제8장

1.  ויהי בשנה הששית בששי בחמשה לחדש אני יושב בביתי וזקני יהודה יושבים לפני ותפל עלי שם יד אדני יהוה׃

2.  ואראה והנה דמות כמראה אש ממראה מתניו ולמטה אש וממתניו ולמעלה כמראה זהר כעין החשמלה׃

3.  וישלח תבנית יד ויקחני בציצת ראשי ותשא אתי רוח בין הארץ ובין השמים ותבא אתי ירושלמה במראות אלהים אל פתח שער הפנימית הפונה צפונה אשר שם מושב סמל הקנאה המקנה׃

4.  והנה שם כבוד אלהי ישראל כמראה אשר ראיתי בבקעה׃

5.  ויאמר אלי בן אדם שא נא עיניך דרך צפונה ואשא עיני דרך צפונה והנה מצפון לשער המזבח סמל הקנאה הזה בבאה׃

6.  ויאמר אלי בן אדם הראה אתה מהם עשים תועבות גדלות אשר בית ישראל עשים פה לרחקה מעל מקדשי ועוד תשוב תראה תועבות גדלות׃

7.  ויבא אתי אל פתח החצר ואראה והנה חר אחד בקיר׃

8.  ויאמר אלי בן אדם חתר נא בקיר ואחתר בקיר והנה פתח אחד׃

9.  ויאמר אלי בא וראה את התועבות הרעות אשר הם עשים פה׃

10.  ואבוא ואראה והנה כל תבנית רמש ובהמה שקץ וכל גלולי בית ישראל מחקה על הקיר סביב סביב׃

11.  ושבעים איש מזקני בית ישראל ויאזניהו בן שפן עמד בתוכם עמדים לפניהם ואיש מקטרתו בידו ועתר ענן הקטרת עלה׃

12.  ויאמר אלי הראית בן אדם אשר זקני בית ישראל עשים בחשך איש בחדרי משכיתו כי אמרים אין יהוה ראה אתנו עזב יהוה את הארץ׃

13.  ויאמר אלי עוד תשוב תראה תועבות גדלות אשר המה עשים׃

14.  ויבא אתי אל פתח שער בית יהוה אשר אל הצפונה והנה שם הנשים ישבות מבכות את התמוז׃

15.  ויאמר אלי הראית בן אדם עוד תשוב תראה תועבות גדלות מאלה׃

16.  ויבא אתי אל חצר בית יהוה הפנימית והנה פתח היכל יהוה בין האולם ובין המזבח כעשרים וחמשה איש אחריהם אל היכל יהוה ופניהם קדמה והמה משתחויתם קדמה לשמש׃

17.  ויאמר אלי הראית בן אדם הנקל לבית יהודה מעשות את התועבות אשר עשו פה כי מלאו את הארץ חמס וישבו להכעיסני והנם שלחים את הזמורה אל אפם׃

18.  וגם אני אעשה בחמה לא תחוס עיני ולא אחמל וקראו באזני קול גדול ולא אשמע אותם׃

[NASB]제8장

1.  And it came about in the sixth year, on the fifth [day] of the sixth month, as I was sitting in my house with the elders of Judah sitting before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell on me there.

2.  Then I looked, and behold, a likeness as the appearance of a man; from His loins and downward [there was] the appearance of fire, and from His loins and upward the appearance of brightness, like the appearance of glowing metal.

3.  And He stretched out the form of a hand and caught me by a lock of my head; and the Spirit lifted me up between earth and heaven and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the entrance of the north gate of the inner [court,] where the seat of the idol of jealousy, which provokes to jealousy, was [located.]

4.  And behold, the glory of the God of Israel [was] there, like the appearance which I saw in the plain.

5.  Then He said to me, "Son of man, raise your eyes, now, toward the north." So I raised my eyes toward the north, and behold, to the north of the altar gate [was] this idol of jealousy at the entrance.

6.  And He said to me, "Son of man, do you see what they are doing, the great abominations which the house of Israel are committing here, that I should be far from My sanctuary? But yet you will see still greater abominations."

7.  Then He brought me to the entrance of the court, and when I looked, behold, a hole in the wall.

8.  And He said to me, "Son of man, now dig through the wall." So I dug through the wall, and behold, an entrance.

9.  And He said to me, "Go in and see the wicked abominations that they are committing here."

10.  So I entered and looked, and behold, every form of creeping things and beasts [and] detestable things, with all the idols of the house of Israel, were carved on the wall all around.

11.  And standing in front of them were seventy elders of the house of Israel, with Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan standing among them, each man with his censer in his hand, and the fragrance of the cloud of incense rising.

12.  Then He said to me, "Son of man, do you see what the elders of the house of Israel are committing in the dark, each man in the room of his carved images? For they say, 'The LORD does not see us; the LORD has forsaken the land.'"

13.  And He said to me, "Yet you will see still greater abominations which they are committing."

14.  Then He brought me to the entrance of the gate of the Lord's house which [was] toward the north; and behold, women were sitting there weeping for Tammuz.

15.  And He said to me, "Do you see [this,] son of man? Yet you will see still greater abominations than these."

16.  Then He brought me into the inner court of the Lord's house. And behold, at the entrance to the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, [were] about twenty-five men with their backs to the temple of the LORD and their faces toward the east; and they were prostrating themselves eastward toward the sun.

17.  And He said to me, "Do you see [this,] son of man? Is it too light a thing for the house of Judah to commit the abominations which they have committed here, that they have filled the land with violence and provoked Me repeatedly? For behold, they are putting the twig to their nose.

18.  "Therefore, I indeed shall deal in wrath. My eye will have no pity nor shall I spare; and though they cry in My ears with a loud voice, yet I shall not listen to them."

1.  第六年の六月五日のことである。わたしは自分の家に座っており、ユダの長老たちがわたしの前に座っていた。そのとき、主なる神の御手がわたしの上に下った。

2.  わたしが見ていると、人の有様のような姿があるではないか。その腰のように見えるところから下は火であり、腰から上は琥珀金の輝きのように光輝に満ちた有様をしていた。

3.  彼が手の形をしたものを差し伸べて、わたしの髪の毛の房をつかむと、霊はわたしを地と天の間に引き上げ、神の幻のうちにわたしをエルサレムへと運び、北に面する内側の門の入り口に連れて行った。そこには、激怒を起こさせる像が収められていた。

4.  そこには、かつてわたしが平野で見た有様と同じような、イスラエルの神の栄光があった。

5.  彼がわたしに、「人の子よ、目を上げて北の方を見なさい」と言ったので、北の方に目を上げると、門の北側に祭壇があり、入り口にはまさにその激怒を招く像があるではないか。

6.  彼はわたしに言った。「人の子よ、イスラエルの人々がわたしを聖所から遠ざけるために行っている甚だ忌まわしいことを見るか。しかし、あなたは更に甚だしく忌まわしいことを見る。」

7.  彼はわたしを庭の入り口に連れて行った。見ると、壁に一つの穴があるではないか。

8.  彼がわたしに、「人の子よ、壁に穴をうがちなさい」と言ったので、壁に穴をうがつと、そこに一つの入り口があるではないか。

9.  彼は、「入って、彼らがここで行っている邪悪で忌まわしいことを見なさい」と言った。

10.  入って見ていると、周りの壁一面に、あらゆる地を這うものと獣の憎むべき像、およびイスラエルの家のあらゆる偶像が彫り込まれているではないか。

11.  その前に、イスラエルの長老七十人が、シャファンの子ヤアザンヤを中心にして立っていた。彼らは、それぞれ香炉を手にしており、かぐわしい煙が立ち昇っていた。

12.  彼はわたしに言った。「人の子よ、イスラエルの家の長老たちが、闇の中でおのおの、自分の偶像の部屋で行っていることを見たか。彼らは、主は我々を御覧にならない。主はこの地を捨てられたと言っている。」

13.  彼はまた、わたしに言った。「あなたは、彼らが行っている更に甚だしく忌まわしいことを見る」と。

14.  彼はわたしを、主の神殿の北に面した門の入り口に連れて行った。そこには、女たちがタンムズ神のために泣きながら座っているではないか。

15.  そこで彼はわたしに言った。「人の子よ、見たか。あなたは、これより更に甚だしく忌まわしいことを見る」と。

16.  彼はわたしを主の神殿の中庭に連れて行った。すると、主の聖所の入り口で、廊と祭壇の間に、二十五人ほどの人がいて、主の聖所を背にし、顔を東に向けていた。彼らは東に向かって太陽を拝んでいるではないか。

17.  彼はわたしに言った。「人の子よ、見たか。ユダの家がここで数々の忌まわしいことを行っているのは些細なことであろうか。彼らはこの地を不法で満たした。また、わたしの鼻に木の枝を突きつけて、わたしを更に怒らせようとしている。

18.  わたしも憤って行い、慈しみの目を注ぐことも、憐れみをかけることもしない。彼らがわたしの耳に向かって大声をあげても、わたしは彼らに聞きはしない。」

1.  第六年六月初五日，我坐在家中；犹大的众长老坐在我面前。在那裏主耶和华的灵（原文是手）降在我身上。

2.  我观看，见有形像彷彿火的形状，从他腰以下的形状有火，从他腰以上有光辉的形状，彷彿光耀的精金。

3.  他伸出彷彿一只手的样式，抓住我的一绺头髮，灵就将我举到天地中间，在神的異象中，带我到耶路撒冷朝北的院门口，在那裏有触动主怒偶像的坐位，就是惹动忌邪。

4.  谁知，在那裏有以色列神的荣耀，形状与我在平原所见的一样。

5.  神对我说：人子阿，你举目向北观看。我就举目向北观看，见祭坛门的北边，在门口有这惹忌邪的偶像；

6.  又对我说：人子阿，以色列家所行的，就是在此行这大可憎的事，使我远离我的圣所，你看见了麽？你还要看见有大可憎的事。

7.  他领我到院门口。我观看，见牆上有个窟窿。

8.  他对我说：人子阿，你要挖牆。我一挖牆，见有一门。

9.  他说：你进去，看他们在这裏所行可憎的恶事。

10.  我进去一看，谁知，在四面牆上畫著各样爬物和可憎的走兽，並以色列家一切的偶像。

11.  在这些像前有以色列家的七十个长老站立，沙番的儿子雅撒尼亚也站在其中。各人手拿香爐，烟云的香气上腾。

12.  他对我说：人子阿，以色列家的长老暗中在各人畫像屋裏所行的，你看见了麽？他们常说：耶和华看不见我们；和华已经离弃这地。

13.  他又说：你还要看见他们另外行大可憎的事。

14.  他领我到耶和华殿外院朝北的门口。谁知，在那裏有妇女坐著，为搭模斯哭泣。

15.  他对我说：人子阿，你看见了麽？你还要看见比这更可憎的事。

16.  他又领我到耶和华殿的内院。谁知，在耶和华的殿门口、廊子和祭坛中间，约有二十五个人背向耶和华的殿，面东方拜日头。

17.  他对我说：人子阿，你看见了麽？犹大家在此行这可憎的事还算为小麽？他们在这地遍行强暴，再三惹我发怒，们手拿枝条举向鼻前。

18.  因此，我也要以忿怒行事，我眼必不顾惜，也不可怜他们；他们虽向我耳中大声呼求，我还是不听。
