마태복음18:15-20

15. "네 형제가 [너에게] 죄를 짓거든, 가서, 단 둘이 있는 자리에서 그에게 충고하여라. 그가 너의 말을 들으면, 너는 그 형제를 얻은 것이다.

16. 그러나 듣지 않거든, 한두 사람을 더 데리고 가거라. 그가 하는 모든 말을, 두세 증인의 입을 빌어서 확정지으려는 것이다.

17. 그러나 그 형제가 그들의 말도 듣지 않거든, 교회에 말하여라. 교회의 말조차 듣지 않거든, 그를 이방 사람이나 세리와 같이 여겨라."

18. "내가 진정으로 너희에게 말한다. 무엇이든지, 너희가 땅에서 매는 것은 하늘에서도 매일 것이요, 땅에서 푸는 것은 하늘에서도 풀릴 것이다.

19. 내가 [진정으로] 거듭 너희에게 말한다. 땅에서 너희 가운데 두 사람이 합심하여 무슨 일이든지 구하면, 하늘에 계신 내 아버지께서 그들에게 이루어 주실 것이다.

20. 두세 사람이 내 이름으로 모여 있는 자리, 거기에 내가 그들 가운데 있다."

15. "If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over.

16. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.'

17. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.

18. "I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will bebound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

19. "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.

20. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."

15. '형제가 네게 죄를 짓거든 너는 그와 단둘이 만나 잘못을 타일러라. 그가 네 말을 들으면 너는 네 형제를 얻은 것이다.

16. 그러나 듣지 않으면 너는 한 두 사람을 더 데리고 가서 두 세 증인의 입으로 모든 사실을 증명하라.

17. 그래도 듣지 않으면 너는 교회에 말하고 교회의 말도 듣지 않으면 믿지 않는 사람이나 죄인처럼 여겨라.

18. 내가 너희에게 분명히 말하지만 너희가 땅에서 처벌하면 하늘에서도 처벌할 것이며 너희가 땅에서 용서하면 하늘에서도 용서할 것이다.

19. 내가 다시 말한다. 너희 중에 두 사람이 땅에서 마음을 같이하여 무엇이든지 구하면 하늘에 계신 내 아버지께서 이루어 주실 것이다.

15. Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

16. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

17. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

18. Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

19. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

16. "But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED.

17. "If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.

벨직신앙고백서 32조 교회의 질서와 치리

교회를 운영하는 지도자들이 교회의 조직을 유지하기 위하여 그들 사이에 질서를 세우는 것이 실제적으로 유익하고 선한 것이기는 하지만, 우리의 유일한 머리이신 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 제정하신 것으로부터 떠나지 않도록 언제나 주의하여야 한다고 우리는 믿습니다. 그러므로 하나님을 경배함에 있어서 어느 면에서든지 우리의 양심을 구속하고 억압하는 인위적으로 만들어진 규칙들과 법들을 우리는 배격합니다. 우리는 오직 교회 안에 조화와 일치를 유지하고 온 성도들이 하나님께 순종하도록 인도하는 것들만 인정합니다. 그러한 목적을 이루기 위하여 출교는, 그것이 요구하는 모든 것을 포함하여, 하나님의 말씀에 의거할 때에 필요한 것입니다.

Article 32: Of the Order and Discipline of the Church.

In the meantime we believe, though it is useful and beneficial, that those, who are rulers of the Church, institute and establish certain ordinances among themselves for maintaining the body of the Church; yet they ought studiously to take care, that they do not depart from those things which Christ, our only Master, hath instituted. And therefore, we reject all human inventions, and all laws, which man would introduce into the worship of God, thereby to bind and compel the conscience in any manner whatever. Therefore we admit only of that which tends to nourish and preserve concord, and unity, and to keep all men in obedience to God. For this purpose, ex-communication or church discipline is requisite, with the several circumstances belonging to it, according to the Word of God.

벨직신앙고백서 강해 32조  교회의 질서와 권징 "너희 중에 심지어 음행이 있다 함을 들으니 그런 음행은 이방인 중에서도 없는 것이라 누가 그 아버지의 아내를 취하였다 하는도다 그리하고도 너희가 오히려 교만하여져서 어찌하여 통한히 여기지 아니하고 그 일 행한 자를 너희 중에서 쫓아내지 아니하였느냐...너희가 자랑하는 것이 옳지 아니하도다 적은 누룩이 온 덩어리에 퍼지는 것을 알지 못하느냐" (고린도전서 1-2, 6)

주신 말씀을 붙들고 함께 기도합시다. 형제와 자매에게 관심을 가지게 하소서. 연약한 자의 교정과 회복을 위해 회중이 함께 힘을 모으고 기도하게 하옵소서. 하나님이 기뻐하시는 거룩하고 질서잡힌 교회가 되게 하옵소서. 주일을 잘 준비하게 하시고, 한 주를 잘 마무리하게 하옵소서.
